Hi Lainey, welcome back and glad you had a good time. I love the power plate at my gym:)

the kids i look after, they were looked after while i was away, and played up the whole two weeks :(
didn't help me relax at all,and i expected a little more from the 17 yr old. sheesh o well,
seen a vibro plate on the net for 89 quid and postage free.
but wondering how much it would cost to run one on the electricity ?

Evening Lainey - did you decide on the vibroplate? I say, if you've got the room then do it - can't cost much on the leccy front?

Evening Lainey!! Lovely to have you back ... Xxx

Morning Lainey, I walk past a vibroplate every time I go to work, may just have to try it. I have a 17 year old, he mostly stays in his room or is out with pals. Although lately has been spending more time with us.

Have a good day x

hello lovely special darlings.
well i've bought one, very cheap  so hope i've not c*cked a goolie, will report on the findings
of my hopeful bargain,OH said i should have got the more expensive one, however i pressed the button
and in an instant it was done,hopefully...i've not been lol
omlett with mushrooms for breakfast, and a narna snack.
have droped albs since being back on friday,so looking good, and feeling fine, loving this weather,
pinning hopes on vibro,as feet are driving me to crazy lady.

Have a great day Lainey, probably a very daft question but what's a vibro plate? Do you stand on it? :)

yes you stand on it,and it sends vibrations all through your body, meant to be a good work out,i tried one on holiday, and it seemed to shift the pains have in my feet, and back
felt really good after too ,all light and airy like a cream puff.

Yes me too!! Lol xxx

Hope your vibro plate thingy is good, I need to get mine back into regular use, especially as my ankle is not letting me do classes at the mo. xx

Yes v interested to hear how the vibro goes. I doubt I'd be able to do it with my bones? Might have to look it up.

Hi Lainey :wavey:
