Mornin' All.

Well last night I did have my fat free yoghurt which was 87 calories for 100g which i measured out.

Today, so far ive had a shake and a banana.
Rugby today, and ive decided to treat myself to some pringles as I havnt had some for ages. The local shop has the 40g tube of them so ive decided to have those and not buy a whole tube as i cant just stop with those.

So, im going to have a 40g tube of pringles. Ive looked up the calories and they are 210 cals. They are my two other snacks and im going to make sure I have a dinner that is less then 600 cals to make up the calorie overload.

im gunna munch them whilst watching the rugby at home, decided if i stay at the rugby club then ill be inclinded to eat things i shouldnt.

So, so far so good. Im having my Quiche finally tonight as its been defrosted, and waffles and lotsa salad. :)
 
Ive only had half a banana flapjack kinda thing. That was 175 cals, and as i didnt have my lunch as I ran out of milk I had that for my lunch.

I was offered a fruit pastel today by my 3 year old nephew, but kindly declined it.

So, im still on course to have my pringles (havn't opened them yet just not hungry) and will cook my quiche, waffles and salad after the rugby has finished.

Another good day again today :)
 
So, ive watched the rugby and realised that I can now actually watch a TV programme without having to snack :)

Pringles still unopened (they are 206 cals) and Ive got my quieche 327 cals , 2 potato waffles 210 cals, so thats 537 cals, Salad - 0 cals. So, I can still have my Fat Free Yoghurt later on if I feel like it.

Im just waiting for my boyf to come home and ive decided to have 100g of my fat free yoghurt (87 cals) and ive only taken 20g of the pringles out of the tube and put the rest in with the rest of the crisps we have. So the pringles are 103 cals. So this means i now get my pringles fix, my yoghurt and im within Calories for the day :)

Bingo, ive just looked up the calories on the fat free yoghurt to check and it is infact 79 not 87 cals. So that means im still under. I was still feeling a bit peckish after having my pringles and yoghurt, so i had another 100g of the yoghurt, so thats my 2 snacks for the day (that i saved for the whole tube of pringles) and the rest of the calories makes up the 600 cals for the meal.

Nothing else for me today but water.

Mornin' all.

Well today is gunna be a long ole day again today I think. Im off to see my nan who i havnt seen in 2 years. She used to bully me as a child so as soon as i wasn't made to go, i never went to see her. Shes now moaning so I figured ill shut her up, see her once but she has been made aware she picks on me today thats it im never seeing her again.
So, im just hoping this doesnt drive me to chocolate or sweets.

Today so far, ive had a strawberry shake for my breakfast, and thats it. Im gunna go and have a shower and then go to iceland in the town centre and get some bits, Salad, My fish and chips meal big yorkshire pudding with meat in the middle, that kinda thing. Not too much just enough to tie us over.

Weigh day tomorrow. Mixed thoughts, just hoping ive lost somthing after all the effort ive put in this week.
 
So, Ive had A banana and a WW Caramel Wafer, so thats 1 and a half snacks ive had today. Ive got the rest of my pringles to eat and ill have a lasagane for my dinner. :)
 
So, I servived visiting my nan. She had no ammunition to pick on me but still didnt bother to say congrats on the weight loss and still managed to offer me a lemon marangue pie and a kitkat (both declined).

So food wise, ive had a small satsuma and the rest of my pringles. So i have no more snacks left. Ive got a 640 cal lasagne in the ovan, and as i still have my 230 meal left. im going to have a tin of soup from WW as my evening meal. This should give up an defercit i have and have the last of my low fat yoghurt. x
 
So, ive had my soup and im gunna just do the washing up and have the rest of my yoghurt.
 
Morning all!

Well, weigh in today and ive lost 2.2lbs! So flipping pleased!!! Considering ive managed to eat out twice and have a day where i had pancakes and buiscuits i know things could have been a lot worse.

Still had no chocolate or sweets and am just really happy things are starting to move again. I never made my trip to Iceland yesterday so im doing it today instead. Cooking for the boyf tonight, which will be Chicken Keiv or somthing like that, and im going to have my fish and chips meal.

This week will be the testing week but if its planned right it will work. :)
2lbs and ive lost 4 stone overall since i was at my heaviest, bring it ornnn!!

Sorry haven't caught up with you for a few days! Looks like all is well with you! Well done on the loss and amazing that ur nearly 4stone from your target! Amazing!

So I'm feeling rubbish! The past two days I've felt so strange have had zero hunger and zero appetite! I'm forcing shakes down and gagging at the thought of them. Yesterday and Saturday couldn't stomach a shake at all so had 100g chicken breast instead. Then the meal pack didn't want at all! So am having a re-think might do Atkins. Because I'm n day 6 now and have lost 3.5lbs which to me is rubbish seen as it's less than half the cals of slim fast and on slim fast the first week I lost 4lbs! so I feel it's soo not worth it. My bf yesterday kept saying how can it be gd that ur not eating. And you can see a dif on this diet like on sf before I could eat dinner with him but have less or have something different but on this one I just can't cos It a packet dinner! Whereas I'm thinking Atkins will be better. Am doing an Atkins day today so will have grilled chicken tonight with some bacon mushrooms and broccoli (have no lettuce lol) and he's gonna have the chicken and bacon with pasta and cheese. So like it can be adapted

I'm just thinking I'm 21 and can't go out for dinner with friends on this diet or for a drink or anything! I really wanna get bk in the gym too but I can't cos even running up the stairs I get light headed let alone a gym workout!

Oh hunni im sorry.

Ive had a manic day today, my meeting was cancelled at uni So i decided to go and meet my friend as she wanted a tattoo done and some moral support. I have been looking at designs for my third and final tattoo aswell. They were so helpful.

So today, im cooking dinner and after a bit of retail therapy im shattered. Ive got some food shopping (lots of WW stuff and some meal bars) and then I have had my eye on a bag some i treated myself to that aswell. :)

To be honest hun, I think Slim Fast is the best eating routine by far , but im biased. I could never do slim n save, but that everything works for different people. The best thing is for somthing that is sustainable and works in the long run.

My opinion, do whatever you feel will make u happy :) xxx

Sounds like a good day to me!!!!

I'm going to do Atkins. Perfect for me cos I don't do well with carbs they bloat me right out and basically it's all protein salad and veg! So very healthy :)

No not really! Another 3lbs gone :) just not for me like I don't regret doing slim fast even though it wasn't for me! You live and you learn!

Well today has been another good day. I had a strawberry milkshake this morning, and then in a mid morning break I had SF Pretzels and ive just had my lunch of a meal bar. I am at uni unitl 3, so I will have another snack (WW Caramel Marshmellow), and then when I get home I have 1 and a half snacks left.
im meeting a friend tonight and we are having our annual Nandos meet up. Tonight Im having Creamy Mash, Corn on the Cob and quarter chicken.

Im quite pleaes as all of this is well below 600 cals and not a chip in sight. I can also have some frozen yoghurt if its not chocolate, but ill only have one portion of that (its bottomless!)

I will also have one extra snack if needed when i get home. My friend wants to go out drinking but I don't really fancy that, too many cals so ill stick to cordial.

So, so far so good :)
 
Decided to walk home after my lecture today. A good 20 minutes killed some time and i cleared my head a bit. Been worried a bit this week about the future after uni and jobs and stuff. Bit scarey...

Ive still had nothing extra to eat, im not hungry really.
 
I didn't get to go to Nandos in the end as my friend cancelled on me and was ill.

So, I was ment to have a nandos and i had everything planned out. So instead Im having
Rustlers The BBQ Rib - But, instead of having the whole bun and BBQ rib I have away the bun, as that is the majority of the calories. So the BBQ rib was 243 calories.
I got this amount, as I weighed out the Rib and it was 90g, I looked at what 100g is " as sold" so deducted 10% off the overal calorie amount for 100g.
I am having 2 Potato Waffles - 105 calories each so 210 calories.
Salad - 0 calories.

this = 453 calories.

I would like to have a WW Sticky Toffee Cheesecake which is 187 calories. which overal would be 640 calories. This would be 40 calories over.

I have 50 calories left from half a snack, as I had a packet of Quavers when I got back from uni, so have half a snack left...

Cor even ive got confused, but Im not over calories :)
 
Breakthrough!!!

Me again!

Ive just had a breakthrough tonight. Ive been on my own tonight and ive realised that I don't have to have food in order for me to enjoy tele that Im watching. For example I would always make excuses to having food when watching a film, or when doing work or somthing. Well tonight, I didnt snack on one thing whilst watching tele :)

Ive also noticed that I don't miss chocolate and sweets (which ive given up for lent), and I havn't even bread in a week. Even today I decided to take the bread roll away from a BBQ rib thingy I had tonight.

So, yep they are my breakthroughs today. Im pretty pleased with myself :)
 
Another day!

So far ive had a meal bar and a small apple.

i met a friend in town, she had a pub lunch and i had my meal bar (go me) Im off to the bingo tonight with a friend so had my dinner early I had
Beef Ravioli -259 and im just having a WW Yoghurt - 58 cals.

I havnt had any other snacks but my apple so im taking a some tube of pringles with me :)

I have never been more pleased today about my day today with SlimFast. ive been to town and had my meal bar whilst my friend had her pub lunch, I went to bingo and brought nothing extra to what I had brought with me. So my full food for the day is.

breakfast - Meal bar
Small Apple - Snack
Lunch- Meal Bar
Dinner - Beef Ravioli and WW Yoghurt- 317 cals
Snacks have been - Mini Tube of Pringles - 206 cals (thats the rest of my 2 and a half snacks calorie intake left)
3 slice GoAhead Bar (147 calories, that is added on top of my dinner cals)

I have also had a WW lemonade (check them out in poundland, they have all sorts of flavours :) That was 4 calories.

Im off to Bed now, not feeling hungry and feeling soo positive about things weight wise.

Morning all ,

Still feeling really positive about all things SF.

Today so far I have had
Strawberry Milk shake - Brekkie
Banana- Snack
Lunch has been - 2 WW wraps (212 cals), Salad- 0 and a drizzle of Tomato Sauce.
Snack- French Fries Crisps
Dinner will be Quarter Chicken, Creamy mash and corn on the cob and possibley a Frozen Yoghurt :)
Im off to nandos tonight for my rescheduled meal with my friend and I have no uni today. Means I can be a bit more in control with my food.

I have still had no bread, or chocolate or sweets for over a week :)

Ive had a lovely 40 minute walk today, absolutley glourious!

Feels a bit like im writing to nobody again. :(

As far as food goes ive stuck to everything ive written down above, and ive also had a fruit salad (that was 90 cals) I didnt have a frozen yoghurt in the end as I was so full from dinner.
