Well done on your loss, that is fab! I know the feeling about weighing everyday, I am thinking of perhaps posting in my diary when I don't and maybe I will keep to it.
Good idea... I'm thinking from my next weigh in on wednesday (if I have a loss) I will try and only weigh every other day for the week, then keep increasing the days apart until I only weigh on the proper day. There's no chance in hell that I'm ever going to my meeting without having a general idea first! :faint2:
Well, that trojan warning was scary!
yay for the 15's. I will get there too hopefully! It could be water with all the heat, you might get a mega loss next week to make up for itOnly lost half a pound. A bit gutted as I've a lot to lose, it's only my second week and I've stuck to the plan all week.
Also my consultant said it wouldn't be anything to do with introducing exercise.... I'm not convinced about that...
Still, I've managed to break the dreaded 16's and am now officially in the 15's, so that's great!
