Only lost half a pound. A bit gutted as I've a lot to lose, it's only my second week and I've stuck to the plan all week.
Also my consultant said it wouldn't be anything to do with introducing exercise.... I'm not convinced about that...
Still, I've managed to break the dreaded 16's and am now officially in the 15's, so that's great!
Well done you. Its a loss and you have reached a milestone in the 15's.
I stayed the same my 2nd week.
Keep going hun. You are doing really great.
