Well, I did it!!! Day 1 Week 1 couch25k. Nearly back out on my 5 minute warm up as it started to rain but carried on. struggled a little even jogging for 60 seconds but I could feel that it was getting easier as I went through it. The "jog now" seems to come a lot quicker than "walk now" but for an asthmatic non runner I am giving myself a pat on the back
