How to Handle a Gain

Oooooh im back- and with a vengeance
Im drinking lots of water and avoiding baguettes, sliced bread etc but having stuff that I cant help i.e pizza base and other thingies.
Its my best friend's 21st Birthday Today
We are going out for a meal tonight and im going to have Chicken Caesar Salad (grilled), it has:
Grilled Chicken 4
Cos Lettuce 0
(Parmesan Shavings 1)
(Croutons 1)
Caesar Dressing 4
Anchovies 2
(I may get it without croutons but not sure yet! I also hate Parmesan so will leave this out too!)
I have had this before and there aren't many croutons or parmesan so I have pointed it on Tbsp Varieties!
Will post my menu for today:
Breakfast:
Weetabix x2 = 3pp (ugh feel sick now!!!)
Milk Allowance = 1pp
Tea x1 = 0pp
(4pp for Breakfast)
3x 750ml Bottles Water = 0pp
Mixed Fruit = 0pp
Lunch:
Lidl Mussels in White Wine Sauce = 4pp
Fruit Cocktail (Drained) = 0pp
(4pp for Lunch)
3x 750ml Bottles Water = 0pp
Dinner:
3x 750ml Bottles Water Before I Go Out... = 0pp
Chicken Breast = 4pp
Anchovies = 2pp
Cos Lettuce = 0pp
Caesar Sauce = 4pp
(Croutons = 1pp)
(Parmesan = 1pp)
Allowing 3x Single Vodka Slimline Tonics = 6pp
(16/18pp for Dinner!)
Hmmmm only 24/26pp!!!! What else can I eat???? I have 33 to use! I think that you're all right- definitely not eating enough!
