I'm going out on Friday, have a BBQ on sat and my meal out with my dad after WI on Wednesday then I'm off out on the lash on Thursday out on Friday and on the lash again on Sat!

Right I'm trying to eat differently this week so does anyone have any breakfast ideas?

In the cupboard I have cereals, I have toast, I have Bacon and eggs, and I have Yogurts and also 1 Banana and a Red Grapefruit! I'm not sure about belvita as I don't like biscuits anyway and I struggle to feel full with breakfast particularly if I'm on earlies!

I'm having a large salad with Tuna for lunch/dinner but I may buy some ww soups :) or make my own! I'm on lates today and I'm trying to stop myself eating ready meals because I do twice a week!

I have some ww rich toffee bars and banoffee bars so could have one of those but I need to get out of my old habits and I'm not sure how to!

Eggs are a great brekkie if you've time (i don't) because they keep you fuller longer. Would you have time to make eggs? X

I do I'm not at work until 130 :) I could do boiled eggs with toast soldiers yum! Thanks!!

I think I need to do more cooking, but I'm usually too tired to after doing an early!

Mmm love eggs. Poached especially. Scrambled with cheese. Omelettes. YUM!!
Yeah I know what you mean, it takes an hour for me to drive home from work in the evening and then I'm knackered when trying to cook up some dinner haha! X

Ooo sounds fab! I don't know how to make poached eggs actually! Do you have a recipe?

Well all I do is boil some water in the kettle. Pour that into a saucepan or pot on the hob. Then swirl the water around in a circle with a wooden spoon or whatever and the crack the egg into the water while its spinning (so that the egg all stays together). Keep that on the heat (not boiling) for a few mins until your egg is all cooked. I take it outta the water with a spatula or something to drain the water off. YUMMY on toast!! ;) x mmmm.

Just boiling my eggs woo! What a nice change I need to do this all of the time!
