Only 2pp for an egg hon so 2pp for it poached as you're just cooking in water and then draining it. I put a wee sprinkle of black pepper on top when its done. I may have to make this later, I love em! ;) x

Hiya all

Just reading about the poached eggs YUMMY, you can buy a little pan that is especially for poaching eggs. Has little cup type things you put the egg in. Very handy. Also if you take the little cups out its perfect for a personal omlette. Didn't know 3 eggs were 5pp thats great for a big stuffed omlette. May have that for lunch now. MMMMMM
 
Well jemma told me they were 3 medium eggs for 5pp so I'm going with that myself hehe! Nom nom. Yeah I've seen those pans around somewhere... Nifty things! :) x
