I have weighed myself and 3 of those 7 have gone woooo I have also just been to asda shopping, got the zumba yay! And did a mega shop! Food time now will post what I bought after food!

Just be careful with the simply filling! It's similar to sw pet only your syns are called weeklies! Just with your ibs keep an eye on It xxxx

I thought it might be a bit like sw! Gone back on my meds for a bit to make sure I'm ok :) I'm a lot better in myself than I was when I did SW so I'm hoping that I'll be ok!

Having cod and scallops for tea tonight yay! Exciting! Got the Tupperware out for work tomorrow too I do feel like I'm on sw eek.....

Breakfast:

Lunch:
Tuna, drained, tomatoes, green beans, mangetout, new potatoes, mixed salad with peppers, endive, lettuce & radicchio, 2 boiled eggs, pickled onions, capers, mushrooms and celery = 0pp
Reduced Calorie Tonic Water = 0pp
50g 0% fat Greek yogurt = 0pp

Zumba is amazing! just done 40 mins and loved it yay!!!!! Sweating a bucket full!

I'm eating my own words Lauren my stomach is starting already... Not too bad though so I'm having some Greek yog which calms it down (bought 4 large tubs today lol) also drinking tonic water which should help !!!

I have an IPhone 4 now so can attach photos onto my posts immediately so will do that woo!

I like the look of that simply filling, seems like a good diet for after I get to goal. I don't really want to be counting points all time when I get to goal! Looking very healthy. Is it Zumba for wii you got? Xx
 
It's very similar to SW!!! But I agree it will be great for when I get to goal :D

I have the Zumba for Wii and it is fab!!! I would definitely recommend it, it's 21.67 in Asda at the minute! Some people Stopped and watched me do it today which was embarrassing as my living room looks out onto the road at the front and I put the wrong lights on by accident so everyone saw! Hahaha!

Iv never tried sw this is my first proper slimming club but I think I might go that route when I get to my final goal weight .

I'm good thanks :) got my stone there on Tuesday past so I'm happy about that. Although holiday to Spain one week from Monday and 21st coming up 2nd week of september so idk how il manage to keep losing with that ha! :(

The simply filling plan is also supposed to be really good when you're on hols or without scales so maybe you could try it? Either way I'm sure you'll be fine!

SW is great but I found it really easy to cheat and I felt a bit deprived sometimes too! great to maintain though!
