Hey hon, just checking in to say I lost 2.5lb this week doing the wendie thingy. Which is the most I've lost in a whole week since starting so that's good! Simply filling... Are filling foods 0pp and then you use weeklies for anything that's not filling is it?? X

Sent from my Galaxy S using MiniMins

What did you think of the Wendy plan? It looks interesting but im not sure i could manage 18 weeklies on top of my dailies.... Great loss though.
You are right about the healthy and filling plan. Anything not on the lust you use weeklies for. I wonder if you can combine the two plans and use the same amounts of weeklies a day that the Wendy suggests.....??

Well Done that's a fab loss! Anything not on that list and not 0pp normally must be counted in the 49 :) it's VERY similar to SW!!! I'm enjoying it though!!!

May try the wendie plan when I come back off hol!!

I think that the list gives a good selection of food and it mixes it up a bit for me too!

Definitely looking at a gain this week I think, just weighed myself now and I'm at 13 5.5 at night after tea woo! I was 13 5.5 yesterday morning so hopefully this means I have lost a bit more! My last official WI was 13.3 and I weighed myself the week after that to see 13 1 but I'm just gonna see if I can get to 13.3 for Wednesday morning so it goes for a STS when I WI! On Thursday I was at 13.8.5 so I am well chuffed!

Hope that made sense!

Praying for a STS!

I'm sure you've done fine Ruth, I'm shocked, I bought some be good to yourself cherry crumbles tonight but they are 6pp each, that's before the custard!!!! But when I make crumbles myself I work them out at 4pp then 1 for the custard!!!!!

I have a dilemma it's either more wine or crumble??? Your the crumble expert where can I get the lowest PP crumble from?

I have crumble as a treat after WI so don't normally point it! However there is a great recipe for crumble on the WW forum I'll get you a link I think it's gorgeous!!!

Good Morning! I'm loving it! I already feel tonnes better in myself :) I'm loving the food too! IBS has come back but nowhere near as bad so just taking my meds to get over it! Thanks but I'm not sure if I fully believe my scales! They are the same as my meetings scales but I don't want to get my hopes up! I love planning all of the meals and I will definitely be doing this when I go abroad next week! I don't drink French milk or eat French butter so I will be lucky! I also wont eat much bread and I'll see if I can get some fat free Greek yogurt !! I'm also lucky as my dad says he will take me to the supermarket so I can get some salads and some fish :) sod my mum saying I can't do WW when I'm away just watch me!

I was looking into the simply filling and it can also be used as a general way to do WW, I'm really pleased as I assumed it would just be a plan you did every so often !!

How are you my dear?
