You seem to be in a great frame of mind now. You'll have the weight off nice and steady and will be were you want to be soon. Make sure and use your counselling session the way that'll help you most. Talk as much as you can about your worries and thoughts, you'll be surprised how much it'll help if you let it.....
And don't worry about others. My mum always makes comments about my weight, the day I told her I got to goal while out for a walk with her she said we'll thats great, then in the same breath..'you need a new bra your boobs are very droopy looking'....lol, some people just don't think. Don't let it bother you xxx
