Thanks Carly I appreciate it!!!! This time of the morning is WRONG! roll on 130 as I'm not back until 130 on Thursday woop! Looking forward to tonight- particularly with the fact that meeting has changed to 530 instead of a too late 730!

Hmmmm, Hate being back at work after a week off! My tray nearly touches the ceiling!!!!

Oh well! In the midst of my tray I found a little SW book called 'an easy month of family meals' forgot I had it and its all low syn which will be lovely :)

Slightly annoyed and a bit hurt- a 76 year old member where I work (unfortunately a nosy busybody) looked at me this morning and said, 'still doing weight watchers then Ruth' and raised an eyebrow!!!!!

GRRRRR :( :(

Time to move on!!!

Hey hon... I hate coming back to work after time off too. Luckily there is no "tray" for me but that just means it looks like there's no work for me when really I'll have 60-70 emails full of work LOL!

Wow... That was really hurtful of her. I find elderly people can sometimes say things without thinking anyway. Hope you're ok hon, chin up! X

I have decluttered my tray and its all flat now thank goodness! I have emails too unfortunately :(

Awwh hon, least you've decided to get back into it now and that's the main thing!! How's SW treating you? I'm grand thanks, being a bit too naughty and pushing my luck these days I think so need to try to be somewhat good this week lol! ;) xx

At least ur doing something about it Hun and not blaming illness, depression like some do. With the determination ur showing ATM it will take no time at all to loose weight, do t be so hard on urself u've had a rough time. Good luck u can do this xxx
 
Thanks very much I'm incredibly determined! I just remember thinking when I was 13 stone 3 and I got down to 12 10 thinking ugh that's not much! I'd give my right arm to be there now!! Just feel like I took too much for granted!!!!

Looking forward to meal planning tomorrow but really not looking forward to my counselling session :(

It's funny and I shouldn't grumble but my mum is a psychiatric nurse and she has been the most unhelpful! She's great with everyone outside of our family! I'll do anything to be right though :)

I know what you mean hon. I took my weight for granted when I was a healthy weight and actually complained that I was too big (I wasnt, I was size 10-12 which is fine). Unfortunately I have mental issues and self bully so I can be too hard on myself and can never see the positives in things. BUT I was 14st 2lb last year and I'm 11st 3lb now so slowly but surely I'm getting there and I am starting to see the positives of it. You can totally do it too ;) love your determination!! Don't worry too much about the counseling hon, it might make you feel good after! :) xx

You seem to be in a great frame of mind now. You'll have the weight off nice and steady and will be were you want to be soon. Make sure and use your counselling session the way that'll help you most. Talk as much as you can about your worries and thoughts, you'll be surprised how much it'll help if you let it.....

And don't worry about others. My mum always makes comments about my weight, the day I told her I got to goal while out for a walk with her she said we'll thats great, then in the same breath..'you need a new bra your boobs are very droopy looking'....lol, some people just don't think. Don't let it bother you xxx
 
Thanks all of you I'm glad I went or it would have just spiralled completely!!!! Off to bed soon to make sure I'm fine for tomorrow, not sure whether to make a list or not? Maybe I should or I'll forget!!!

Looking forward to tomorrow! I'm keeping this diary for weight loss and I have a SW diary for food and everything else :)

Got up in the middle of the night, so thirsty! So had water and a bit of Sainsburys Blackcurrant Highjuice :( goodness knows how many syns that is! It's so thick and lovely :) however just laid in bed now with tea with skimmed milk- first proper experience of this in tea!!!! * week has appeared as well which isn't good on week 1 but it should be over for WI hopefully!
