Hello ruth glad to see you back I think the points only change if you were on 29PP a day, depending on your weight etc some went down to 26PP, mine went down to 27PP for the moment...it says on ww online however if you were losing on the 29PP to stick with it i think its because some people werent losing on the 29 before.
They also promote the simply filling or filling and healthy plan more and you can swap and change days (which i think make it more like sw) this is were you have a list of foods (mostly wholewheat pastas, rice, etc) where you dont have to measure, or weigh and eat unlimited quantities, this also includes, crumpets, ww bread products and most lean meats, baked beans and more...If you eat anything not on the list you must deduct it from your 49 weeklies. As said you can do one day SF 6 days PP or ignore simply filling or do them all simply filling etc...
Its more flexible and i really enjoyed simply filling when i tried it in november...im just remembering you did it also before so you know all about it
However im not 100% on the point changes though so maybe someone else will not the definate answer to that

I really liked SF too, i think going to do a few days of it next week! Its good now cause if something comes up were you cant do simply filling can just change to a PP day and work round it like that.
Im ok thanks just finding it soooo hard to get back into things after xmas! Today has been my first successful day since after xmas! But im being made redundant from my part time job and until i get a new one i cant afford to be paying for ww meetings, so i am going it alone which is a scary prospect! But changed my wi day to a friday morning and hopefully i can still lose by not going and can still keep motivated. Tomorrow im expecting a gain though as i havent had a good day till today all week and i ate and drank alot thanks to New years but hopefully if i get a few on track days under my belt i can start losing again

Yeah it was 14.5lbs before xmas probably more like 16/17lbs now though But it is exciting and i cannot wait to be in the tens Its annoying as i had so many plans like learning to drive, joining the gym etc and now i cant commit to anything like that as i will be jobless very soon! But i am going to try and be positive and hopefully something will come along soon!
