I'm alright. Dinner didn't go to plan yesterday and ended up using 4 weeklies then but hopefully today I'll be grand! How are you finding it now? I need to plan my days like you do! X

My pedometer says 4511 but it depends on your stride length so you need to measure that when you get it!

I'm doing well thanks! Just had a yummy dinner of eggs bacon tomatoes and mushrooms yum yum!!!! 4 weeklies isn't bad at all ;)

I forgot to say that I had an apple, pear and banana yesterday too!

I also stopped myself eating biscuits when they were passed around- my manager nearly forced them on me so I went home and had a scrummy lunch instead :)

Sometimes I am really really thick!!!

I made myself some lovely boiled eggs for breakfast and through force of habit I hard boiled them!!!! Grrrr hahah I'm such a nutter! Still yummy though :)

Hiya ruth. Your food diaries look gorgeous, you are doing so well and the forward planning is a great idea, I do that at the start of the week on paper, keeps me on the straight and narrow hehe. And loads of exercise too well done. You'll definately get a great loss this week x

I love toasties, had one for lunch today :D Laughed at your hard boiled breakfast eggs :)..im sure they were still yummy though! Might have eggs for breakie tomorrow...hmmm. x
