Morning Ruth -

I hope "they" don't blame any flooding on you! Your DD sounds good - I like what Jo is doing (thanks Jo for posting that). And The Skinny Rules actually encourages you to weigh frequently - as you are an adult and understand water, hormones, etc. will cause fluctuations - Bob Harper says (essentially) you can handle it, and it beats living in denial.

Haha they had better not blame any of the flooding on me- so glad that all of that has blown over!!!
The daily weighing is a great idea because of the fluctuations so that you can see exactly what effect JUDDD is having on your body!
I need to find this info- Im always saying I will... off to look for it now! Need one of those skinny foods lists!!

I'm going to be posting a "what I learned from The Skinny Rules, South Beach, Eat to Live, Fixing Your Metabolism, Eat to Live, Body for Life, the Paleo, and the Alternate Day Diet" Venn Diagram and personal health and fitness plan. Looking at overlaps and the reason through and checking the science.

Seriously... I'll start a thread under other diets or something. At the very least in will be in my diary in the Silver Members' section.

I know that I need to stop having M&S Lunches on my UP days during the week- but they're easy for work and I don't eat dinner afterwards!!!

Need to think of some alternatives!

I am having quite a good day- we are flooding at work but I am coping- I have to as I have Waterbabies in!!!
Looking forward to finishing later and going food shopping woooo! I am so sad!

afternoon. it's a lovely up day..been to island for some nice things to go with salad.
amazing what calories there are in somethings,and how quick i put those ones back.

i typed in that hartly jelly to somewhere....and it told me for 100g it would be 280 cals:eek:
