Right- I didn't quite know how to do that last bit! My mum makes potato, spinach and mushroom flan.
I found Potato flan (there were no alternatives) and put in 1/8s worth, then added mushrooms and spinach separately to determine the slice :)

I've done that before on your diary hee hee! It was the christening today... OHs mum has just text me to say she has conjunctivitis so isnt going and I don't know too many people so I'm now not going either! :(
My mum has bought croissants and fresh coffee for us though yum!!!

Hi Ruth - Been a busy weekend. Long post in my diary on Silver Members' forum. Concert, torch, fancy dress test, lots of driving, extra kids, possibly bowling, lack of sleep. Typical mommy duty!!! Lol

By the way- everyday I have drank 2 litres of water!!!

Well I had a serious sweet tooth and it's nice to know that they aren't calorific! It's good to know I can have a couple and not worry :)
I actually feel tonnes better after drinking more water- seems to settle my stomach :)
