Well it's my WI tomorrow so a week of experiment number 1! I have another experiment to do next week on my experimental thread, I'm going to follow this pattern!

Monday DD
Tuesday ID
Wednesday DD
Thursday UP
Friday DD
Saturday UP
Sunday ID

When I switched my days yesterday I had really surprising results! I wonder if this will work...
It's worth a try! The day I find the hardest is Friday! Maybe I should change that?

My other halfs out all night watching boxing, I wanted to go out but my mums not well with theoat infection so no babysitter now booo!! Xxx

I have looked through my diaries and I can't see a point in reducing or watching my carbs as I barely eat carbs normally! Everything in moderation is great too!- I am going to make healthier choices like cutting down on M&S lunches to both save money and have a healthier palette but I am still sticking with my ID days- I think that it will be less of a sudden change for my body to adjust to- I still get a pang of stomach discomfort when I go from an UP to a DD and I didn't have any this morning- and I have it nearly everyday :)

Then when my body adjusts back to the change and I don't get any stomach discomfort at all I will head back slowly to full UPs, increasing my calories a bit everytime :)

Definitely sticking with that!!

3lbs gone today!!! 13,3!!! I can't describe how pleased I am!!

This is the weight I get stuck at so I must not lose focus and stay there *tells self strictly!!*

I have loved this week! I am so chuffed :)

This year, mine had been getting back into the 10s -- then in 2011 it was getting under 10 st 5. I'm back to being 2 pounds from the 10s (having lost my bump up and am back 11st 2).

Let's break those barriers this week!!!
