I had 100g Homemade Chips
2 Tbsp Homemade Coleslaw
Small burger (v small!!)
One Rasher of bacon- no fat
Swiss cheese slice
Burger Bun
BBQ Sauce

i'm going to be wise with my calories tomorrow and keep it low carb i think.:)

Very good :) I dont have too many carbs- I was going to carb count but I don't see the point unless im naughty! I will see what the scales say tomorrow after I was naughty today ;)

I have updated my goals- with the state of my back unfortunately I won't be able to run just yet which I did want to complete for my Summer Holiday to the South Of France but it can't be helped :)

Thinking of some ultimate goals except weight loss hmmmm...

Evening Ruth, sounds like you have had a lovely day, lucky you off to the South of France, I miss France a lot my parents lived there for 6 years after they retired early and I used to spend every summer there with them, I am envious, you can't beat real French bread yum yum xxx

Yep I did have a lovely day thanks :) I go to the south of France every year with my parents I love it :) I completely agree you can't beat real French bread, their beautiful salads or their croissants/pain aux raisins/ pain aux chocolats :) yum!!! Really excited to go!!!'

Really pleased with that as I was so frightened about yesterday and if I did any damage!!!! I don't think that 2.5lbs is bad for such a greasy meal- and I don't have tummy ache woooo!!!
