Really means a lot to me!!! Happy DD Mel!!!!

I went out with work last night and didn't finish any of my courses- really pleased with myself. I just stopped when I was satisfied! I had 4 vodka slimline tonics and 1 tequila and that was it very happy with that!
I am off to Manchester this weekend and I'm really excited too

Had a lovely meal out and I'm glad that I didn't overface myself like I normally would have!

Thank you so much everyone I'm really looking forward to it! Bought myself a new top!!! And it's a SIZE 16!!!!!! That's 2 sizes down!!!! It's neon orange and I'll be wearing it tonight!

Don't know if I put this up but this is me on Saturday night... The wine glass is my friends and the other drink is mine! I'm not that drunk I promise!!!!






Also these photos have just come through from the wedding in June and I am appalled.. I was 14,7 here...

Fab pics Ruth, wow thats such an amazing difference in those pics, you have lost a fab amount of weight but also 'size' and I honestly beleive thats where Juddd tops other diets, I had a STS this week and yet my body is smaller than last week , I have a pair of trousers that I couldn't do up last week , I did the button up this week, still far too tight to actually wear of course but def smaller than last week.
I always love looking at your pics, I love the last one you look lovely x Enjoy th rest of your weekend Chicken , catch up with you later xx
