S&S Diary - Abbz (Abbey)

Tummy is looking very flat this morning which I'm happy with, it's mainly my giant butt and thighs that I'm trying to get rid of! (sorry about the pajamas haha)
I don't think I look like I weigh 11 stone, why am I so heavy

I just measured my waist, hips and thigh out of curiosity and I've already lost 1¼" from my waist, 1" from my hips and ½" from my thigh :D

I'm now 35-26¾-37 and my legs are 24½ at the top of my thighs (the biggest part)

I'm really happy :D

Compare that with my measurements from Summer 2013 (waist: 34", hips: 44", thighs: 30") and it means since November 2013 I've lost:

7¼" from my waist
7" from my hips
5½" from my thigh
 
If I lose 3lbs a week I'll be 9st7 by Christmas and I will hopefully look good enough to be able to wear this dress!:

If I lose 3.5lbs a week (the S&S average), I'll be 9st3.5 by Christmas (even better!)

I'm so motivated :D I got a lot of people to prove wrong

Well I've just read through it and caught up with your return to S&S. A few of us in the same boat I think. I'm back after a 10lbs gain. Wanting a good loss by Christmas. And no you don't look like you weigh 11 stones, you have a lovely shape. Well done on maintaining so well and good luck with your restart. As for your goal, that's up to you. See how you feel as you drop and you'll know better than anyone what you're happy with

Yeah I'm not sure on my goal either it's between 110 - 120 i guess haha, thanks for reading x
 
Wow love the dress, im sure youll meet your xmas goal with your determination, the forum is always more quieter on the weekends. You dont look 11 stones at all! Youve got great abs xxx

I know what you mean about being camera shy, i remember i used to make up excuses as to why i dont want to be included in group pictures, you'll be surprised how your confidence will grow the smaller you get, even though you look perfect to me already but once you get to your own personal goal you will deffo feel confident.

Last time I lost weight, I lost more off my top half than my bottom half, so I'm hoping this time it will even out a bit. Stupid 25" thighs

Your welcome, i tend to lose most of my weight from my top half too! Even now i still hate my thighs, i guess thats meant to be my body shape lol, but im being honest, i think your thighs look totally normal normal to me, i tend to think my thighs are huge but everyone else thinks they look fine, its just how i see myself. The good news is they will eventually shrink, we all lose weight from different parts of our bodies at different rates, i think it depends on height aswell, ive never measured my thighs before but im sure mine is bigger than 25 inches lol, your really lucky to have a super flat tummy though :) xxx

Wow she has really nice slim legs! Have you considered running? Maybe that will help but im sure they'll eventually shrink just at its own rate.

You should! I'd love legs like yours :D Yep that's what my family is like too haha but at least we have curves! I so enjoy running but I don't want to affect my losses so I'm going to start running again when I'm closer to goal to tone up :)

today was good! lifestyle day but I think my week 1 weighin tomorrow will be slower than it normally is so I'm gonna stick to simplicity I think :) how are you? xx
 
Aww i found i lost quicker on simplicity but i also needed the odd lifestyle day when i felt a bit hungrier than normal, hope u do get a good loss. I had a good day yesterday thanks, im trying to keep my carbs low, finished on about 50g yesterday but think i need to up them a bit cos i lost 5lbs since saturday. Got a day off today so its a lazy one lol. Doing anything fun today? Hope u have a good day xxx

Yeah I think I'm going to do that too, I lost 5.5lbs this week but usually it's more, going to stick to the shakes I think. As long as I lose 3lbs a week I'm on track :) That's pretty good! You still maintaining? Nope just working but I work from home so it's alright :D xx
 
Yaay hun well done hun on ur loss :) yeah i think i feel better doing just shakes too hehe lol with the odd days with the pax lol...mite try addin a tiny amount of the fage yogurt to try n thicken the shake a tad see how that goes too hehe...

Ur like me lol leavin exercising till closer to goal lol...ma body is stubborn at the best of times lol hope u have a gd day hun xx
