Yeah I think I'm going to do that too, I lost 5.5lbs this week but usually it's more, going to stick to the shakes I think. As long as I lose 3lbs a week I'm on track That's pretty good! You still maintaining? Nope just working but I work from home so it's alright xx
Ok goodluck on the shakes. Well done on the loss 5.5 isnt bad at all, 3lbs a week is very realistic im sure youll crack it. Your so lucky to work from home lol.
Yep ive been maintaining for a year now, its the hardest part of the journey but its worth it, i remember last year this time doing lipotrim then switching to sns then i started to eat more towards xmas low carbing ect. Xx
