ProPoints SammieAnn's WW Food Diary - Count down to Wedding!!!

Morning
thanks ladies yeh i was expecting more of a gain if i am honest i am gutted i have now only lost 11pounds i dint wanna go under my stone but 3pounds and back to a stone!
my points have gone back up to 42 a day which i suspected they would....

Going to drag Carl and Lucas out today for a nice long walk jus hope its not raining if it is i am going to shut myself away to do an exercise dvd!!

so food for today looks something like this...

Breakfast
40g muesli 4pp
milk 2pp
banana 0pp

Lunch
Pak of 4 weight watcher crackers 2pp
butter 2pp
80g asda pate 6pp (seems alot and it is but trying to use points up on more than crunchies n curly wurlys lol)
Cucumber lettuce celery 0pp
WW crisps 2pp
WW chcolate bar 2pp

snack
apple 0pp

Dinner
Breaded haddock fillet 5pp
Going to Make Potato bake so...
250g pots 5pp
60g light chives philly 3pp
chicken stock 1pp
carrots 0pp
60g sweetcorn 2pp

WW sticky toffee cheesecake 5pp


so thats 41/42 points used i might have a WW yoghurt later for 1pp if i am snacky!

looks good hun keep it up and go you on the exercise its been non stop Rain here and I cannot walk the pup yet so cannot Get out but coz ice been shopping everyday I'm classing that as exercise lol xxx
 
I'm trying not to focus on peoples breakfast and lunch menu plans for a little bit but your pate jumped out at me mmmmmm ha ha!!!!

I like your idea of spending your points on 'food' as opposed to snacks... I always had my best loses on ww and sw when I used my points and syns more wisely and cut out some of my bread and ate more meat etc so I totally get what you're doing

yeh thats the thing i put everything in esource nd had like 10 points left so upped my pots used more pate mor esweetcorn and so on coz i dint wanna sit here when lucas is in bed and eat all that jus for the sake of doing so!

last night from class i brought some mediterranean sauce its 1point a packet n i got it coz i never no what t have with the qourn mice i have in. i also got the garlic in a bag thingy! :)

look forward to tryin them

I'm taking the kids for a walk today too. Rain is suppose to hold off here.
We do a thing called geocaching. Have you heard of it? It's good to get you out walking. But you need an iPhone or android x

I have tried the sauce but the garlic bags are yummy! I prefer them to the maggi so juicy ones! I stocked up on the bags before I left WW so I have 4 or 5 in the cupboard and I will use them wisely lol!!! If we do go on holibobs I will defo be taking one with me then!

Once I have used them all I will place an order for them online x
 
You may be able to get it on a blackberry I don't know. Basically it's a hunt for a cache. It's difficult to explain lol
Look it up online. There's also videos on YouTube

You get a little map to a certain place on your gps(phone) and then you find the cache which can be as small as a bullet or as big as a bucket. And you sign the log inside and log it on your phone. Lots are clip top sandwich boxes, these are normally child friendly and you can swap little treasures ( we've put in a little pepper pig and a Lego man).

Someone who lives near me has found over 1000 and he has only been doing it for 1 year. He is obsessed though lol

I'm back up to 42 :( I do have my weeklies sometimes if were eatin out or drinkin!? But when I have all my dailies and weeklies I do still llose!xx
 
I think the app is £6.99 but its worth it. They have a free version and you get to try 3 local ones x

Omg. I used to love caching! Admittedly we used to do it drunk with a torch at 3am.

Deffo think this will get me walking more.

it's about finding time capsule s I think. if you find one you put your name in a box and then either put it back or move it I'm not sure x
