thanks ladies yeh i was expecting more of a gain if i am honest i am gutted i have now only lost 11pounds i dint wanna go under my stone but 3pounds and back to a stone!
my points have gone back up to 42 a day which i suspected they would....
Going to drag Carl and Lucas out today for a nice long walk jus hope its not raining if it is i am going to shut myself away to do an exercise dvd!!
