Friday.....
Just come back from my friend's funeral, as she was only 59 it was really sad but quite fun at the same time. The do after was held in a local restaurant/ bar with a continuous slide show of old photos going back to the '80's. They were brilliant and we all looked soooooo young and sooooo thin! Not an ounce of fat on anyone in those days.......anyway I managed to avoid the wine and champagne, though some people were necking it back and it was obviously going to be a long afternoon, and I left just as the buffet was coming out. B actimel (1pp) branflakes (3pp) milk (3pp) vitamin C drink (0pp) two coffees
L minestrone soup (3pp) sprinkle of grated cheese 1pp) 3 heaped tablespoons Greek lf yogurt (2pp) a kiwi fruit and a nectarine (0pp)
Snack 150g dried fruit, nuts and seeds (18pp), ate the whole bloody packet by 'accident'......how bloody stupid is that? Can't believe how many points there are! 3 in the proper portion of 25g, why oh why did I eat the lot?
D salmon filet, (4pp) 3 new potatoes (2pp), carrots and sliced green brans (0pp) fruit salad (1pp) and a tablespoon of low fat creme fraiche (1pp)

Need 10 points from my slushies, so only 39 left.....
Never gonna eat those bloody nuts and seeds again and deffo not without looking at the nutritional values
Not sure about dinner yet, my sister is coming round and I promised that I would pp our supper as she's on ww too and has lost 4lbs in her first week. Will either get some salmon fillets or maybe a roast chicken. May have some of my lushies too as I've just realised that I've forgotten about them......my memory is not what it should be!
