WOW! that sounds delicious! Really enjoyed my lentil dahl today, it was so filling!

I think it may have been Meli's recipe not mine you know? I don't think I have ever made lentil dhal, only chickpea dahl! :)

I tried your Stroppy Fellow Pasta tonight with Quorn Fillets instead of chicken n it was LOVELY!!

I made macho peas the other night and we all loved it. I only had frozen peas so cooked them and blitzed with a bit of mint sauce and chilli puree.

I don't feel that I am going to get a loss this week but I don't know why, I feel quite bloated and Meh!

Hubby bought us an Indian last night but we used a different Restaurant and it was too spicy, I like my food quite spicy but this was unbearable!

We had a lovely day today, we went to Chester Zoo with our little lady, she has only been walking for 2 months but walked all the way round holding onto our hands (it was at least a mile we walked!). We saw a little baby elephant which was only born last night, it was so adorable!

Hubby treated us to lunch and whilst him & the little one had chips and fatty stuff, I chose a baked potato with beans, cheese and salad, yumm!! Go me ;)

I was just really tired! I feel as if I am fighting some sort of cold bug off at the moment so I think I just needed the sleep to help feel better!

She loved the elephants, the monkeys and the penguins although she was walking that fast we had to keep stopping her to say "look at the monkeys" or "look at the penguins" haha!!

I was sooo busy in work, then came home had to do dishes and hoover up so when Hubby asked if I would like a takeaway to stop me making the tea I asked for pizza!! I did do some damage limitation though and have a thin crust but o

1.5lb gain this week but to be honest, after Pizzagate I expect nothing less!

I am feeling a bit down at the moment (nothing to do with SW) so although I am sticking to plan I can't be bothered posting my diary, I hope to cheer up a bit over the weekend!! ;)
 
I am back!!! I have been sort of on plan for the past week but have had a Twirl, a Creme Egg and went on an impromptu pub crawl last Saturday and ended up having a vegetable dhansak and some onion rings for lunch at a pub and then had a meal with chips for tea so I suppose I haven't been as good as I should have been!! I have also discovered that I have a penchant for Japanese Rice Crackers and the Wasabi Spice Mix from Asda, very tasty but also very synful!!

I have been sooo busy with work I have been really stressed and not been wanting to post here of an evening.

Anyway I have decided that 10st 7lb is going to be my target, my face started looking a bit gaunt when I hit that weight before Christmas so I think that is the ideal weight for me, I am never going to be a skinny minnie but 10st 7lb felt just right!! So I have 5.5lb to hit target (again), wish me luck!!
