I don't think it was worth it to be honest! I didn't enjoy it that much and I've had some stomach pain this morning.
Also I don't seem to be shifting much weight this week, only 0.6lb so far. I think it's because this week I've spread my weeklies out over the whole week, and last week I just used them on one day and the rest of the week had my dailies.
I think next week I will try not using many weeklies and see how that works.

Well I've been to town and finally got some more knickers! And bought some new socks as mine all had holes in!
As we were walking about a St John Ambulance man told us they were doing free diabetes checks so I got mine blood glucose level done. I was worried about type 2 diabetes as my BMI is 30 and my waist measurement is 34 inches (waist measurement is just above your bellybutton, not around your hips) and when I watched a programme on BBC1 about diabetes it said women are at risk of type 2 if their waists are above 31 inches. But my blood levels were fine so nothing to worry about I was just told to lose weight and I told them I'm on weight watchers
I am really hungry! Going to have sausages for tea. But before I cook it I'm going to do a Leslie video. Research shows that if you exercise before eating you absorb less fat! Woo!

Breakfast- Special K 3pp, Skimmed milk 1pp
Lunch- 2 slices Kingsmill 50/50 5pp, extra light laughing cow 0pp, marmalade 1pp, chicken slices 1pp, babybel 1pp, walkers squares 3pp
Dinner- 2 Richmond thick sausages 9pp, waffle 3pp, veg 0pp
Snacks- alpro soya chocolate dessert 3pp, banana 0pp

Yeah Trina I had chocolate yesterday and I reckon the sausages I had for tea were quite fatty, and greasy/fatty food sets off my IBS too.
I am so frustrated because at the moment it feels like everything I eat sets the IBS off.
