I would absolutely LOVE to have a massive pizza with garlic bread and chocolate fudge cake for afters. But no :(

It's just trying to adjust a more healthy way of life.

So u have an even better reason to loose weight and eat healthier its so u dont feel poorly all the time and been slimmer is just an added bonus.x
 
Okay so I took another picture of my belly this morning for comparison!

I weighed this morning and I am 1lb down since yesterday, and 1.6lbs down this week :D

I think eating 30pp yesterday and not having any weeklies and doing a dog walk and a leslie video really helped.

Morning Sarah! I think that goes to show that it was something you ate which flared your ibs which aggravated your tummy! Well Done on your loss so far this week.x
 
Well I had my roast dinner but didn't point it in the end. Mum forgot I was going to point it and she just cooked everything and threw away the packets :( So I tried to have a 'normal' amount, and I'll have my usual ryvitas for dinner later.

I walked the dog earlier also.

I must admit I've not tracked today as there wasn't much point seeing as I couldn't point my lunch. I had my usual ryvitas etc for tea.

Hahaha yeah!

I'm off to Hull tomorrow with the boyfriend visiting his family.

Kinda nervous as I don't really know what I'm doing for food.
 
Well if ya have a good breakfast and then relax a little for either your lunch or your dinner and you shouldn't do much damage

How long are u gone for Sarah? I've planned my Breakfast/Lunch today which leaves me 18pp for Dinner and then I'm just going to use my Weeklies for Tues/Wed/Thurs. Really hoping I can stick to my plan!x
 
I'm away the whole week. We were supposed to be on the road by now but my boyfriend wanted to wait for the postman and he's not been yet!

Due to my slightly off plan day yesterday I gained 0.6lbs meaning I lost 1lb total last week. Kinda disappointed.

I've already had breakfast and lunch, so just tea to go and I've got about 15 points left plus weeklies.

1 pound is realy gud tho just think wot it could b next week if you dont have your naughty ibs bloatin foods.x

Greetings from Hull!

Ran out of my milk this morning so made porridge with water. It was AWFUL! So I had a slice of toast instead and lunch ended up being 2 slices of toast and some squares.

Dinner was chicken and gravy pie with boiled potatoes and veg. Probably have some fruit and a soya dessert later :)
