My leader was talking about this last night and one lady wasnt eating all her points per day and didnt get the loss she was expecting.. you have to use all your points.. Dailies anyway.. I know Sarah is doing vintage but I do think the more points you use the more you lose.. obviously making good choices with points haha xx

So today hasn't been good food wise. I've been feeling absolutely starving all day and just been in eating mode.

So today is kind of a write off, but at least it's happened just after WI and I've got the rest of the week to employ damage limitation!

What's for din dins in the Serena household?! Meant to tell you earlier, remember those philli stir in sauces yokies you got for 99p last week.. guess how much I got one for in my shopping on Saturday xx

I reckon I'll end the day in the region of 50pp. So not mega mega bad, but enough that I feel disappointed in myself!

Breakfast was fine, but after lunch I had 4 macaroons in a row and an extra packet of crisps!

I will just have my usual dinner. If I try and cut back I'll only end up starving later and likely to binge again.

I just wont be having any more weeklies this week.

It's not as bad as it has been in the past Sweetie and at least you are drawing a line under it now, I agree tho, if you skimp on dinner you're likely to pick later, always happens to me! Those naughty Macaroons leading u astray ;-) x

Definitely! I notice that they make ones without the Chocolate Bottom but only saves 1pp so hardly seems worth it!x

Love that saying!!! Macaroons are Coconut Based Cakes/Biscuits, hard to explain lol Sarah's ones are Dairy Free.x
