I don't know how I didn't put weight on after what I ate yesterday!
It started off okay- breakfast was weetabix with frosties and milk. Lunch was ryvita crackerbreads, bread, ham, marmalade and crisps. Dinner was a chicken casserole with dumplings and dessert was apple and pear crumble with ice cream. All of that put me at about 40pp. Then I had most of a bag of Cadbury pebbles! That had to be at least 10pp.
Oh well, thankfully I haven't gained. Got to be extra good this weekend to try and get a loss for Monday.
