Yeah it's none of her business, I don't know why she felt she had to comment, I don't comment on any aspect of her life!

Anyway, I'll be extra good till WI and hope I still have a loss! I only want half a pound!

Lucky for you I read so many posts on here I read 'coat' where u wrote 'cake' I think I have a Minimins Addiction lol! Do u need me to pay her a visit ;-) I think you should get at least 1/2lb, you've done really well and still have Weeklies left! Stop Panicking! X
 
Well I weighed myself this morning and one set of scales said I'd lost 0.2lbs and the other said I'd gained about 0.5lbs so I have no idea :p I might go weigh a bag of sugar and see which is the 'right' one.

I've done my Rosemary Conley DVD this morning and had breakfast. Got some Hunters Chicken cooking in the slow cooker- lets hope it's a success (unlike yesterday's lemon and polenta cake) or else we wont have anything for dinner!

Hunters Chicken is basically chicken in a BBQ sauce :) this one has got chicken breast wrapped with bacon in a Reggae Reggae sauce watered down slightly. Going to have some oven chips with it :)

The cake did not rise- it was about an inch thick, and the lemon juice made it really sharp and it was awful! I followed the recipe exactly. Both me and mum were sceptical of making a cake in a slow cooker, but the recipe said it could be done, evidently not!

I tried weighing a bag of sugar and it was too light to register on the scales! I might have to try another day with a full bag of Archie's dog food which is a few kilos.

That sounds yummy! I loveeeeee BBQ Sauce! At the moment I've got BBQ Reggae Reggae Sauce and loving having 14g for 0pp with my Actifry Chips! X I think stick to the Oven for Cakes in future ;-) X

Yeah stick to the chips as serena said. Hate when you make something and it doesn't turn out right its such a pain

Well so much for being good today! While I've not binged I've definitely over eaten. Gone over my weeklies slightly, hoping this wont matter too much at WI tomorrow! My leader did tell me to relax with my food, but I'm hoping I've not relaxed too much :p

Breakfast- 1 weetabix 2pp, milk 2pp
Lunch- 4 ryvita crackerbread 2pp, ryvita thins 1pp, ham 1pp, bread 3pp, chocolate spread 2pp, crisps 3pp
Dinner- reggae reggae sauce 4pp, bacon 1pp, chicken 2pp (only had half a breast), chips 4pp, 1 small piece garlic bread 3pp
Snacks- biscuits 12pp (oops), alpro soya dessert 3pp, dairy milk 6pp

total 50pp

Good Luck to you all.. I am new on here so just getting to grips with it all. I am kicking in tomorrow . I really would like to drop a stone for Christmas . Just had 3 packets of Rolos .. so mad isnt it ?? just to get them out of the house. So once again GOOD LUCK xx carole xxx

Hey Sarah, I'm sorry to hear you've gone slightly over your Weeklies but I wouldn't worry about it, in the grand scheme of things, 4pp is only 160cals approx, you probably do enough exercise over the week to have off-settled that :) Don't Panic! Onwards to tomorrow night, you're gonna have done fab. X
 
Dont worry about it you have stuck to plan 6 days outa 7 1 day isnt going to do damage

Gone on an Ebay buying spree... 3 pairs of leggings and some oversized jumpers to wear with them. Need to make sure I carry on losing weight to look good in them!

Evening everyone :D I'm in a great mood- I totally smashed my 10 week challenge target! I reached it today (the deadline for me) PLUS an extra half pound lost! Yayyyy! This is the first time I've ever reached a weight loss target I've set myself.

Today has been quite good- done some uni work and a Rosemary Conley DVD.

About to have a banana and an alpro soya dessert!

As I said on the 10 Week Thread, I'm so so so proud of you Sarah! You've gone through Ups, You've gone through Downs but the main thing is that you've stuck with it and I couldn't be prouder of you. You're one of the nicest most wonderful people I have met through Minimins and you deserve success. Love u to the moon and back Sweetie. X
