Thanks Serena! Quite a massive blowout tonight :p just fancied a treat! I probably wont have the BBQ sauce, just ordered it to get free delivery (need minimum £12 for free delivery).

So if I eat all the pizza, all the doughballs and 2 brownies it's 45pp. Might not be able to eat all the pizza and all the doughballs!

If u have half the pot it's 0pp ;-) x
 
I ended up splitting the pizza with my mum- 3 slices each. I had 2 doughballs and 1 piece of brownie, plus some other chocolate I bought.

Breakfast- oats so simple bar 4pp
Lunch- 1 roll 5pp, marmite 1pp
Dinner- 3 slices pizza 12pp, 2 doughballs 3pp, brownie 7pp
Snacks- chocolate 13pp

total 45pp

Just had a mrs crimbles macaroon... the pizza left me feeling hungry after an hour!

It's funny how Junk Food is filling immediately but then leaves u with an empty feeling! X
 
Well I weighed myself this morning and I got back on the scales straight after to double check and it went up by another pound! And then stayed the same on the subsequent checks. It's so annoying that it changes, I never know what's correct.

So if the higher number is the right one, I've only lost about 0.4lbs this week which is rubbish (for me). I think the Dominos last night made me put on, I had 50pp so I reckon I did gain. I wanted a 2lb loss at WI on monday and I dont think it's going to happen now! I'll be lucky to get a 1lb loss!

So annoyed. The Dominos wasn't 'worth' this. I wont be doing it again!
 
You're bound to be holding onto some Domino's water weight. Drink plenty of water (and then some more!) over the weekend, and the best two days you can manage and you could still see a nice surprise on the scales on Monday. Good luck.

Hey Sarah! This is why a) Home Scales are Bad and b) Why Mid-Week WIs are bad! A lot can (and will) happen in 60hrs, that's over 35% of the Week! Think Positive, Drink Lots of Water and you WILL be rewarded on the Scales on Monday, trust Aunty Serena! PS- Hope I don't sound patronising, just don't want you getting upset over today's 'result' when really you have nothing to worry about. X

I've decided to cancel my monthly pass subscription with weight watchers- I can't really get to meetings any more due to being at university. There aren't any meetings local to Dave's, and the one near me is at an awkward time where I will be going back to Dave's and needing to go to Morrisons etc.

So I decided to save myself the £21.45 a month and do it the 'fake' way! Serena you got to goal doing it yourself so it can be done!

I'll amend my profile to reflect my 'at home' weights as they are different to the WW ones- currently lost a stone 'at home'.
