Hi Sarah,

I hope your feeling better today hun, i think your right with the long shifts and 1050 cals, prob a little on the low side as u are so active. just be careful as u are doing so well and id hate u to go off track. keep up your fab efforts! u clearly have wonderful staying power and will power! im sure your indian meal will be fine, if u choose carfeully there is plenty of low cal and low fat choices. chicken tikka with boiled rice and salad is a really good choice and just have smaller portions of the higher cal/fat dishes. but im sure u know all this anyways.....:)

B: bagel and spread (186) - found a better spread than what I was using - saving 10cals... haha
S: choccie biscuit (100)
L: wrap, ham, cream cheese, skips and Twister (445)

I have 470 cals left for dinner - that will take me to 1200 - although I will allow myself to go to 1400 if needs be - I have been feeling quite weak recently so don't want to make myself worse!

Exercise was 40mins Wii Fit

I have this Indian tomorrow night, and I have now planned to go to London at the weekend. This will involve definitely one night of heavy drinking.... so not looking good for that weekend!

Weigh in tomorrow morning... quite looking forward to it!
 
Dinner... I had a sweet potato, with some light butter spread, and a really nice thick sausage, and a load of salad! Lovely! It was so filling and tasty. Sausages are my fave and so it was nice to have one. It was 180 cals which is a lot but it was a really good quality one.

I have hit 1200 cals for today and am full, which is good. But, I may have something else later, which will take me to just under 1400, as I have been feeling quite weak recently and I want to be safe!
 
Wow Sarah the weight's just falling off you :) I'm impressed you've kept all the exercise going! Wish I could manage that!

Well I am slihtly off track today - not keeping to what I should eat really but I am not too fussed - I have found that when I let myself have a bit of an off day or meal then I am even more motivated the next week!

I just bought some new work trousers - dropping a size from last time! Very pleased about that! I can't remember the last time I bought some new clothes because I had dropped a size, not jsut because the crotch has rubbed through from my legs being too close together!! Haha

Also bought a top in a size 14 which looks great and I feel so confident in it - good times!
 
i just got a big lift from reading your signature, you`ve been at it quit a few weeks and still going strong. i hope i keep going, was made up today when i posted my second week results.

also good call on the curry with salad, i thought i couldnt have curry anymore becuase i always have naan bread with it.

B: none - woke up late and decided I could go without!
L: wrap with 50g cream cheese, 2 slices of thick crumbed ham and salad and a packet of crisps. oh, and a cheese triangle! (388)
D: not sure what to have. I will have about 800 cals to play with so may have a snack and then a dinner.

Exercise was a pathetic 24mins dancing! I am going to meet a friend for a short walk later.

I am going out tonight. My brother and 3 of his friends, one of whom is a best friend of mine, are moving to Australia for a year at the end of the month. I didn't want to go out but my friend has asked me and I am really conscious that I want to spend as much time with them as poss before they go so I am going out! I have said I won't be drinking though, so I may leave before they go to a club, or I may go the club and make the most of some dancing!

The end of the month, when my brother leaves, is going to be a really hard time for me. Not only is he my brother but he is my best friend and so I am going to be feeling pretty low at the thought of not seeing him for a year. I am going to try so so hard, but I hope I don't do any comfort eating!!

i no the feeling when someone special to you leaves, you'll be ok, i'm sure you wont comfort eat hun as you've got the support from us on here.

Doing great Sarah :) dont beat yourself up for having 1400 calorie days - thats still fantastic! and medical profesionals dont recommend going below 1500 calories per day, and expecially with you being so active! no wonder you feel poorly consuming only 1000 when your on your feet all day, hope your feeling better. Go enjoy your indian (yuumm haha) and get back to it the next day, no probs for you, your doing so well :) X
 
Just got in from my night out. I didnt drink - I ALWAYS drink - that sounds bad! Whenever I go out with good intentions, I always end up having loads to drink, but this time I didnt, and I even danced lots! Now I have never done that... danced when sober, but I felt confident and like I didn't have a care in the world.

I came home and had a chocie biscuit, as I needed something, but that has still only taken me to about 1080 so really pleased with that.
 
hey hun, i only just saw your post, its such a good feeling when you go out and dance isnt it? i remember once when you said you wouldnt really dance when you go out so thats a great acheivement for you.
