Hi Sarah,
I hope your feeling better today hun, i think your right with the long shifts and 1050 cals, prob a little on the low side as u are so active. just be careful as u are doing so well and id hate u to go off track. keep up your fab efforts! u clearly have wonderful staying power and will power! im sure your indian meal will be fine, if u choose carfeully there is plenty of low cal and low fat choices. chicken tikka with boiled rice and salad is a really good choice and just have smaller portions of the higher cal/fat dishes. but im sure u know all this anyways.....
