I have just made the nicest Frittata/Omelette type thing, ingredients:
Red pepper
Onion
Mushroom
Spinach from the garden
Brocoli
Bit of coriander from garden
2 eggs.
It came out beautiful and in one piece but I forgot to take a photo. Anyway I managed to get a photo of the bit I kept for a snack later.

Okay so this is my first attempt of making sushi ever!!! This is a starter for two, as we are having sweet and sour tonight. Well the husband will have sweet and sour with rice, I'll have veg instead if rice. So this is the kit I got reduced from £3.99 to £1.99 <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142954"/> It included rice, vinegar, seaweed wrap, rolling mat, pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi paste. I only made half the pack up. And I used cucumber, pepper and avocado. No fish. <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142955"/> <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142956"/> It's in the fridge now for later. It made 13 pieces, so we will fight over the last bit, I will win if course as I can say 'baby wants it' Not bad for a first attempt. I'll include pp value in my food diary later. I just need to work out the rice.

Yes but then you wait for it to cool and put the rice vinegar in for the flavour. The rice was actually boil in the bag rice but I took it out as I was only making half.

What a yummy day Sarah! I wanna move into your house ;-) I'm still intrigued by the drops tho! XDay 13 Gestation - 30 weeks 1 day I'm pp today, just so you all know I am not really following a pp amount as there isn't one while pregnant. I just decided to use weeklies for anything over 40pp. That way I won't go crazy lol!! I only doing a PP day as I wanted sushi and Chinese Breakfast Egg x 2 (5pp) Pepper, Onion, Broccoli, Splash of Milk, Red Pepper, Spinach, Mushroom Milk for Coffee (1pp) SF jelly with orange segments in. Lunch Pasta (5pp) Chopped up Veggie sausage x 2 (4pp) homemade pasta sauce, cheese (2pp) Mid afternoon snack - Veggie Soup (0pp) Dinner Sushi Starter - (7pp) Chicken (4pp) Sweet & Sour Sauce (2pp) onion, mushroom. Served with Broccoli & Cauliflower. Snacks Frozen Banana ice cream (0pp), Tangerine, Frozen Natural Yogurt Drops......Amazing (1pp) & Apple, More SF Jelly, = 31pp I feel full and satisfied and don't feel like I need anything else. Sushi tasted great and the hubby wants more lol!! When I went to Australia I fell in love with sushi as it was so fresh. It tasted like that. Weeklies = 49 remaining Me & Baby Baby is kicking really high up today. I am a bit emotional today, I feel really lucky and happy, husband is really supportive and he did all the washing up and cleaning when I relaxed.

So I chopped up a banana, then less than 100g yogurt but 1pp. Or free on F&H I guess I could have used flavoured as well. I just made drops, used a sandwich bag as a piper and cut corner off. Then froze on a baking tray with a baking sheet. Then they freeze and go hard. I put 0pp of orange flavour sultanas on as I fancied them <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142999"/> They stayed frozen until I got to bottom, as I get distracted. But then just get a spoon, it's yogurt and banana lol
