I know, I was so happy when they brought the little girl out at the end. At first I thought only the boy survived.OBEM was so emotional tonight especially the twins at the end! Xx

Breakfast.... <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142846"/> Doing a shop tonight...I love going food shopping. I only have 5 weeklies today, tempted to propoint as I can probably eat more that way.
I decided to propoint as I wanted pizza for tea and a pizza on a ww wrap just won't cut it.
I think I may have gone over my point allowance but I'm not worried. I'm not going to leave 1/4 of the pizza. I feel like I've been good enough to enjoy the full pizza. It's in the oven now. I got a ham and pineapple and added mushroom and pepper and chilli to it
Friday WI tomorrow after a 6 day week. Another STS and I'll be overjoyed. It's healthy to gain 1 lb per week. So my initial aim was no more than 12lbs in third tri. So far I haven't gained any.
I'll list food later and reply to all your lovely food diaries.
Day 12
Gestation - 29 weeks 7 days
I'm not putting my points down, as I think I've pretty much gone over my weeklies on day 6 on a 6 day week. I'm not worried, I'm doing well for a pregnant lady. The rest of my day was fine, I just know the pizza will come in high. I don't wanna end my week on a fail, so I'm not lol!!
Breakfast
30g porridge, almond milk, fruit
Lunch
Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, extra light Caesar salad dressing.
Dinner
Tesco Ham and pineapple thin crust pizza with mushroom and pepper added in. With homemade tomato relish.

I have tomorrow off work.....I plan on relaxing. I hope it stays sunny. I have stuff to make sushi, I didn't think it would work with brown rice, so I'll propoint it and work out whether it's best I have a pp or F&H day. Vegetarian Sushi as I forgot to buy tuna and salmon lol
Well I'm making a Chinese for tea, we have a healthy options sweet and sour sauce. So might have some sushi for starter and save whatever we don't have for Saturday lunch.

SHOCK SHOCK - 1/2lb So that's -1/2lb since I began 2 week ago. (As last week was a STS) Over the moon Baby has gained about .75lbs in the same amount of time according to my app. I should have gained 2 lbs according to reckon mended weight gain. But I'm not worried. I have eaten LOADS, of healthy food, not been hungry, and had a whole pizza for dinner last night which took my over my weeklies, just cos I fancied one. So I'm not depriving myself. I'm actually eating more than I normally would but healthier foods!! Go me <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=142924"/>
I know I was expecting a small gain and still would have been happy. Today.....I'm excited to make sushi. I was looking last night and the vinegar/pickled ginger/seaweed/sushi vinegar/soy/wasabi paste are all free. As the amount is too low to pp. It's just the rice I have to pp. So if I was to use brown rice it could even be free in F&H. But I'm not sure how it would taste with brown rice. I got it all in a Kit, so I didn't have to buy it separately. It was a Yatako kit reduced from £3.99 to £1.99 I have cucumber, pepper and avocado(to be pp) to go inside
