Sarah's simple start!!

cannot decide what day to have today....im thinking f&h my breakfast I was gonna have toast with a laughing cow which will be 3pp. dinner tuna jacket and tea I dunno yet.....that's the plan do far!! xx
 
Sounds like a good plan so far... f&h meals I used to have for tea would b egg, chips and beans, spag bol, cottage pie, omlette, steak and chips, gammon steak with new potatoes....if any of that gives u inspiration, atomic on the sf forum gave me a recipe for pizza chicken which was lush, u slice a chicken breast in half so its flat cook it for a little then put tomato puree on top, add any toppings like veg, pineapple, sweetcorn ect cheese if u wanna use a pp (but nice without) put back in oven! They r really nice!

today food so far

Breakfast - 2 x crumpets 0pp laughing cow cheese 1pp
Lunch - Jac pot and tuna with salad - 2pp

having a fruit salad again with natural yog

i have a weight watcher bis for later 2pp

iv also had a hero - im sure these are 1pp

dinner im thinking chili and wedges or brown pasta - opp

and jelly for something sweet - or custard - 3pp

to total pp for today 6pp or 9pp

iv only had 17pp for the week so doing well with this xx
 
ugh my tracker reset on my phone need to make a note of my weekly points used up. 7 ueed so far today x

im gonna ov had 10pp today. which will leave 6 extra a day so not too bad. got a long day tomorrow I said I would help out at ww tomorrow so ill be at work all day then ww 5 til 8.30. so gonna take my dinner. making chicken and chorizo. I weighed out 4pp worth of pasta.3pp worth of chorizo. The creme fresh is 1pp per tablespoon and pesto 5pp per 1/4 jar. so when chicken is defrosted ill point that up possibly 3pp so 16pp for dinner tomorrow. lunch is prawn salad which is 2pp. breakfast is 3pp. will have fruit salad 2pp and a ww bis 2pp all at 25pp so 1 left over. no doubt ill have some choccy after ww I might buy some bars xx

im stuffed! !!!! 10pp in total for today so that's 27used for the week. got lunch and dinner all made for tomorrow just need to get up.

Sounds yummy! Are stewed apples free if you do them with sweetener?

yea apparently they are 0pp now. never used to be. and sweetner is 0pp x
 
hey im on 26 pp a day. For the first week you don't get any pp but on the 2nd you get 49 fir the week x
