Not going now. Craig has work now and he was starving so he went to McDonald's. I actually feel really ill with cramp and just wanna lie on sofa!! Going food shopping soon then making food for myself so I know I can stick to plan. I really wanted to not do this until iv had a decent loss as I will just go backwards and I'm not starting this year like last year x

yea hate totm cramps :(

I ended up being naughty. I went food shopping and was starving and caved. I spoke to my c this morning and this evening and she said just to do pp again so that's what im gonna do this week so don't feel so bad. x
 
If pp works better for u then thats what u need to do! R u starting a new wk today/tomorrow or just carrying on this wk as pp?

a new week today as it's a week til I weigh again.

becky mc chicken sandwich. not exciting but it was extremely filling x
 
Thats not bad! I had mc donalds today :) u could always have 1 or 2 sf days this wk if u still wanted to!

yea I probably will. iv only had 7 weeklies so I probably will chuck a couple of f &h days in x
 
U would have only had 10 weeklies on ur sf if u dint change to a pp day which isnt so bad either :-D but 7 is better than 10!

Well done on your loss hun, im the same at my TOTM i can gain anything betweek 1-5lbs.
I just rejoined last Tuesday ans started Wed on SS day 4 already.

Pears cooked in oven with nutmeg and cinnamon sprinkled on top is nice served with total 0% yoghurt mixed with vanilla essence

ooooo exciting. I loved my first week pleased it was last week I done it. good luck. ugh totm is vile! I normally gain or sts so happy with it. you can have an ambrosia low fat custard its a 150g pot from asda and its a treat xx

I have them in my fridge just not got round to having one yet.
Yip i am enjoying it and looking forward to my first weigh in. Think i will be glad to get my weekly points though for some flexibility xx
 
yea that's what I though but decided this week to do pp. next week ill try with just my 49 ill be in a better mind frame x
