Thinking of changing to a Saturday weigh in too. There is a class that tge same leader takes mmmm. Knowing how i have failed in the past its because I am great all week tgen a Saturday comes and i go mental then worry i have put pn so avoid class telling myself that I will go next week and then next week comes and i still havent sorted myself out so I say i will just do it from home and before u know it ive put half a stone on.
What do u think? Xx

I seem to remember you saying something, it just confused me with you going to group on a Thursday x

I know I still went last night had a few things to show the girl still and ill be going next week and ill be the weigher. Dunno if ill go after then xx

U have been good this wk haven't u! If u scoff now then thats the only thing that will make u not loose! I think u r in for a good loss tomorrow so keep positive and dont let it make u slip up :-D good luck for tomorrow :D
