Sooooo today had a successful weight loss was so happy with my little self.

New week, new weeklies yahoo. Next week might do simple start again butI need points this week. Not sure what were doing yet but ill try and keep as mant weeklies for the day. Most of Tuesday we will be travelling so ill take my meals and snacks so I can stay on track.

Breakfast was special k bars 3pp
Then hoops and Crosses 2pp

Lunch was pizza 7pp

Sarah-Has anyone in the WW classes you attend have suggestions on what to use to red pepper spread on?? It seems so nice but not sure what id use it on. :)

Maybe....ww wraps made into tortillas or ww pitta breads cut into fingers and dipped in x
 
Or wedges .....celery.....carrots im on a roll x

I never really did the simple start week as I was going out last week so jumped straight to filling & healthy with 49 pro points. I like it but just noticed something else.... is it ONLY WW bread you can have? and WW wraps? That doesn't make any sense! Are they seriously saying, theres NO other brown bread that is as good as WW?? And same with wraps?? I don't like being forced to eat a specific brand! :(

no you can have warburtons thins, or the warburtons wholemeal bread but the one thats 56cal per slice....or 58. you can have sainsburys wraps they are 0 on f&h not sure about any other pittas x
 
Thanks hon. Unfortunately we don't have warburtons or sainsburys in Ireland. But at least I know there are options. Ill check with my leader. Thanks for your help though hon. :)

Woke up really fancying a Sunday dinner or a pie or something!!! I seen a pie on my fb today of s pie made from the hairy dieters book so gonna have a look. It's used with a pizza base mix and only 4pp a serving on f&h!! I wanna do this but need shops and Craig Is at work......how annoying!!! They look so yummy x
 
So....I have finally just had a mince pie. .. its took all day lol.

Having a pp day again. I feel so in the zone feels great. We have decided to make a meal on tue. I have some 0pp soup in the freezer or I can make some new one up quiclk and have a f&h day. Ill decide Monday.

Hi ... Im Pep i have just joined and i. Am about to join ww online,
i did do weight watchers before but got lost using it as could never figure out the points,
so in the end i gave up.

going to give it another try as my son is getting married 20th july and want to get down to at least 10 st if not a bit more..

i seen the walking app u mentioned on here can you tell me where i can get it and the name please,

im getting a tread mill tomm so will use that aswell..

also does anyone have any tips on things i can eat ..lol i hate rice
hope you dont mind me asking ur advice etc and look forward to hearing back. Xxx:)

The walking app is on a android phone I think you can get it on iphone.

Good luck with your new journey. I like to have the same types of food u never really change it up. Rice is my least favourite meal. I like chillies and pasta. iv ate a lot of wholemeal pasta lately. Erm I love a roast ha. Curry, fish and veg. Tomorrow im planning on having chicken In a bag. Its hard to think of meals. I suppose it depends what plan your gonna do. Will you be weighing yourself or a class?? X
