Im going to weigh myself at home
ive just joined ww and downloaded the simple start and the mobile app BUT im lost already
it says something about 26 points a day i think it means, then there is another number 49 lol
i just dont know what im doing with ww i keep getting lost on it ,

ive just joined the 3 months online
I will go dl the tracker on my phone now from andriod as its a samsung phone,

ive dl the ww app onto my ipad,

is ther anyway on this i can message you plz

Im trying to find on weight watchers used to beable to go onto the site and get all veg and meals etc etc i cant find any of that at all on the simple start etc any ideas where its all gone lol

If you have joined online my best advise is to go to your nearest class so your leader can talk you through the plan and you get a folder with all the info you need. Simple start is what it says on the tin....simple. try this first it's simple. You have a food list of all the unlimited foods you can have. Unlimited flavour boosters and 2 treats a day. Its the easiest thing to start on. After a week you get 49 points. X

Well I was sick of people saying oats. So its apples stewed with a tad sweeter....2 ww biscuits, the ones from pound shop you get 2 in a pack. Crushed them, then ambrosia low fat custard x
 
Urgh Monday again. Im off tomorrow tho wahoo. Getting the puppy tomorrow. ....so excited., and nervous.

todays food plan!

F&H day
breakfast - egg and banana pancakes/messyness 0pp

Lunch - Chicken and mushroom pasta 0pp

Dinner - Chicken in a bag with veg and s/p chips and a garlic bread 6pp

snacks - ww crisps 2pp
ww bis 2pp

and then something after dinner. total pp - 10pp poss more. i only used 7 weekly all weekend which is very unlike me. IN THE ZONE OR WHAT!!!!
 
btw......chicken and mushroom pasta was amazeballs!!

Chicken chopped up and then added mushroom and onion, cooked wholemeal pasta, then a chicken oxo mixed into mayo and then all mixed together.....perfect taste!!!
 
Pasta sounds nice. How do you point your mayo?
Ive not really had much pasta since starting this xx
