Hi sorry not been around. Thursday I didn't eat til 9 and yesterday I was at work til 7, got some tea then got home to sort my avon stuff out. Then been to weight watchers this morning. This morning is my last sat. She weighed me one last time and I am half down from thur. So if I didn't weigh on thur I would of had a 1.5 loss this week.
So Thursay I went to ww and got my 5% and a silver 7 woop.
Food - crumpet 2pp
Lunch - chicken salad sandwich 9pp
Dinner. Ww quiche with homemade coleslaw
Cannot remember snacks. There in my book.
Friday
Breakfast - ww cereal 3pp with skimmed milk 1pp
Lunch - ww petit pain, pastrami and coleslaw
Dinner kfc - zinger burger 12, fries 9pp, gravy 2pp
Also had some snacks.
Iv got 34 weekly points left. I wanted to have 26pp on food and use my weeklies on snacks so I now have 5 weeklies per day. However ill see as craig got me a huge box of malteasers. Im thinking of bagging them up and then I cannot keep dipping in the box!! It was huge.
So far today iv had ww cereal and a subway sandwich. Going back out soon popping to tesco a d delivering my Avon books.
