hello everyone im back!!!
so the past week has been very hard for me for some reason and iv been doing a lot of thinking about what i want. I was awake at 3am this morning and that was my thinking time. As much as i appriciate the help i have been given the past week i felt like i couldnt get my head into slimming world. I give it a go i ended up binging more and the more i was stressing the more i needed chocolate. so today i converted my food all into points to find the damage isnt too bad. although i dont feel any different and feel like a whale i will step on them scales gracefully tomorrow and accept it how it is as i have strayed.
so Thursday was weigh day and i sts. ill update my food from the week and tell me what you think.
