sarah's simply filling food diary

I don't eat mine but I am probably not the best example as you know what a struggle it was to get losses at all for a few months. When I have had a meal out or something which wasn't accounted for with weeklies I have used them for that and it hasn't tended to make a big difference to whether i got a loss or not.

The plan says to eat them so I really don't think there is anything wrong with doing that. Especially as you are earning so many at the moment. Maybe just deciding to eat some of them for moment would reassure you a bit?
 
How about using all your activity points first for snacks and then save weeklies for if you really need them?

Would mean you wouldn't have to feel guilty/off plan for snacking as you earned them! X

Earn I think? It says ap earnt, u circle them when u earn them and then cross them off when u use them and it only goes up to 42

I Never used to eat them but the last month I did! I had 10-20 a week! Didn't gain.

And in answer to your question about my exercise (about 4 pages back) I don't enjoy relaxing exercise. Lol!! I'm sticking to it though as I don't wanna damage my joints. But it seems pointless. But swimming rocks. I love it! I did weigh though. My not worry about food and just eat plan is backfiring as I've lost weight again.

How do you feel about WI on Friday?
 
Glad Elisha is feeling better. Sickness bugs are the worst so glad she didn't get that.

You're having a great week Sarah, very much back on plan I see. Well done. Good you got a lie in, you must've needed it. I'm hoping my internal body clock won't wake me before 9 on Saturday!

That's not good that ur not enjoying the exercise, perhaps lots of swimming is in order!

How can u have lost weight again! It just seems to fall off u! What's ur secret? How far till u come up as unhealthy?

Yup swimming as often as possible. I'm still a healthy weight. I'm not stuffing my face with food. But I'm eating 3 meals a day and lots of snacks. Dot really see the point of eating just for sake of it.

You back into a good routine

Yeah back into routine again although some days always feels like a rush

Ur doing brilliant! Obviously making sensible choices!
 
I kno a few ppl on here who seemed to lose more weight n much quicker when tryna maintain. U'll soon find what suits u best. Wish I had that problem tho :)

Sarah how was the chicken after? Worrying about nothing? X

So here's my banana pancakes, they worked but a little over cooked!

1x banana
2x eggs
Sweetener

Mash banana, mix egg and sweetener in with the banana using a fork, fry on low heat!

I then drizzled a tsp of golden syrup on top 0pp

Hmm.. Toughie. I wouldn't think so but as its sugarfree maybe.. Does it say how many cals are per can?
As in Diet Coke as 1cal per 500ml or something like that.. Is that the same? x
