So I'm on beginning of wk 3 and I was just reading through my exercise chart and the second month of insanity sounds scary! I hope I will b able to do it! On the other hand only 2 wks till my rest wk! Looking forward to that wk!
A little update, I've noticed that my arms and shoulders r looking much more defined and my bingo wings have really reduced! I'm deff feeling a lot more toned and maybe just maybe my legs are a touch slimmer too!!

Yay to your arms and shoulders being more toned,you must be really happy about that,am sure your legs are as well!
