Thankyou mets, I bet u had lots of willpower at the beginning of ur journey too, I can only imagine it gets harder the longer ur on the plan!?

I think it depends really. Like I've said, I'm not totally unhappy with how I look now, so that's why I don't have the full motivation, compared to when I started and hated the way I looked. On the other hand, my friend didn't get this at all and has been at goal for months now - she started 4 months after me and was at goal within 9 months! z

I'm not one to complain but I asked for potatoes and I wasn't gonna eat the chips, they looked all greasy and yuk anyway. I do find it a little embarrassing asking for no butter and things like that but I'm gonna have to get used to it i guess
