3pp isn't alot but it seems alot, I found 29pp hard so 26pp is harder! Thank god for sf!
I did try doing pp when I first started end of last year b4 I heard about sf and I just found it so hard, I couldn't stick to it! I found myself having no breakfast and tiny tea and lunch just so I could have choc and bad food! Whereas now I may have 3-4 choc bars a week on sf depending how many weeklies I have left towards the end of the week?
I don't make recipes I just cook fresh like chicken mash ect, plus I have a dishwasher so its a little easier, it is annoying sometimes when u have to spend an hour cooking but I guess it's better than being fat!

You are better off using most of your weeklies until you hit a plateau or something. x
