Wi tomorrow!
So I did a 10 mile walk with the dog today, I actually feel like my legs might fall off! I really don't no how I did it, I must admit I don't think I will ever walk that far again!
Does any 1 no how many activity pp that would have earnt me, I was walking constantly for 3hr 45mins. Not gonna use points just curious!
I'm feeling a little nervous about Wi tomorrow, this wk I have cut back on some portions and have had less pitta/ petit pains but then I have walked 15 miles this wk, and 10 of those was today ( day b4 Wi) and I'm not sure if it will make me hold on to water? I have also not had any salt the last 2 days so I'm just not sure what the outcome will be? Bearing in mind I lost 4lb last wk, (after a totm Sts the wk b4)!
