Fab loss well done :) yeh I think it takes a really long time for our brain to catch up with our body. Measurements can be good too as proof of shrinking as the only time I really see my weight loss is when I get into smaller clothes and that's not gona happen anymore as I'm at the clothes size I want to be but just fancy being a slightly smaller more toned version!! X

Thanks guys, I was so tired when I came home yesterday, 6 hours spent cleaning on thurs then 7 yesterday, my partner was working late an my daughter was at friends so I picked up the chips on the way home and it was just so nice to relax and munch on them! Could possibly b having chips for t again tonight, I'm still knackard an just spent 5 hours walking around the royal Cornwall show! Got to bath the dog and there's nothing in for t!

I have 1 sf day a wk, none this wk! I just needed a change in food! After 5 months of sf food I'm enjoying burgers and pie and fish ect! So when I get board of that I will go back to sf! I was eating too much on sf too and I want to get into understanding what portion size I should b having, pp is great for that!

No events coming up! :(

I have an event....60s/70s party this weekend! I need to buy a costume!

I could.....but it's £20! I've seen some costumes for £15-25

The dresses seem pretty short but I could wear some bright tights :)

Had mc chicken sw, fries and mc flurry, had fruit at 10.00 and didn't get dinner till 3.00 so not really hungry for t so had some more fruit!

Level 3 is good, more ab workouts which is what I need
