sarah's simply filling food diary

Agree points are there to use on what you fancy and if that's chips or Maccy ds then have it and enjoy it! X

Definitely not something I would think badly of you for, Sarah! Quite the opposite. I think alot of us have to avoid certain things because we struggle to control our intake of them. You do fantastically at "having a bit of what you fancy", long may it continue! And clearly what you are eating is working for you as your weight loss so far is fantastic.

How is your dog today? Hope she is ok and coming off the painkillers haven't meant the limp has come back. Just a thought but has the vet said whether joint supplements like evening primrose or glucosamine would help at all? It was suggested to us when our dog had a few problems with his joints, although that was as he got older so not sure if it would work in the same way for a younger dog. Might be worth a try though.

Thankyou! Had a nice lot of food today! The strange thing is when I have no weeklies I'm really not bothered about snacking on chocolate ect, but I don't get y it's so hard when I d'o have the wp!?
Ooh had some cherries today! Very very tasty!

My dog was limping a little whilst on her walk but ok at home walking around, shes been off her painkillers for 2 days now! The vet thinks it's her elbow bone rather than joint I think! She flinches when u touch the bone, it happened when she jumped off the sofa in march, don't no y it's suddenly started bothering her again tho! Gonna try an leave it a few days b4 I take her back vet, don't wanna put her through an X-ray if it's not necessary!

Oh and exercise today
40min walk
60min cross trainer
30 day shred lv3

I agree with atomic, I amimpressed how you manage to have everything in moderation! I am deffo one of those people who can't stop myself. This is something I think I need to work on. I'm quite similar in that if I don't have any weeklies I can stay within points but if I know I've got some there I'll prob use them. It's silly how psychological everything all is!

Hope the dog is ok. X

Wow! Great exercising day!

You've done lots!
Do you think exercise makes you feel better?

Exercise makes me sleep so well!

I don't feel better straight after exercise but I did think yesterday, that since starting the exercise I have felt less tired! I went through a stage of feeling really tired all the time, in my body!

Hi Sarah, you're doing so well with all the exercise, and I agree with the others, it's brilliant that you can snack in moderation, if I was able I'd definitely be doing that! What is level 2 like on 30 day shred? It is all different? I'm nervous!!!

Level 2 is easier than level 1, that's what I thought anyway!

Yeah I've just had a skim through it, it looks okay but I'm sure I'll be saying different when I have to do it..don't know why I'm wondering about it yet anyway, it's at least 6 days away!

I only did 7 days each of level 1&2 plan to do the last 16 days on lv3 hoping a longer time spent on lv3 will give me better results! Plus u can just move up when ur ready!

Oh I didn't know that (confession - I'm doing it using videos on youtube so don't have the full instructions) I will do another few days on level 1 though as I'm nowhere near happy with how I'm doing it. Thanks for the info :)

It must b hard doing it on u tube? Does it show the full circuit? It's only £6 on amazon if u did wanna invest in it?

I was doing in on YouTube for a bit when I lost my DVDs and was waiting on my replacement (was out of stock so took a while) but could only find level 1 on YouTube.

35g of pasta I would be starving I regularly have 100g lol!! X

No it's grand and it has the full circuit, all three levels... I know it sounds cheap but it saves money towards for fun things!! :)

Hiya! I think anyway to save money is fab! So good on ya! I've done the shred twice! I was fit to begin with so started with the harder version. Stuck to each level for 10 days each! Probably did 10 days over 15 days! So it took more like 40-45 days to complete. Then when I started again second time round I increased to hand weights to a higher weight! Then I found 'ripped in 30 which is another of her DVDs but harder. It's rock hard! I did it over 30 days and did the easy version. So I might do that again and follow the girl who does hard versions of the exercises.

Anyway I hope you enjoy it! Take your measurements now. Then again when you finish! You'll be suprised!

Yeah I'm thinking of doing it again once I've finished (presuming I finish) but doing the harder version. I took my measurements during my first week and made up a lovely spreadsheet for cm loss and lb loss ( I love spreadsheets), already a few cm gone at the end of wk 1! I love watchin the numbers fall :)

I agree! Inch/cm loss is more rewarding than weight loss! As its noticeable! You can loose 7lbs no inches and look the same! if you loose an inch your obviously an inch slimmer! :)

Wi tomorrow, should go ok I will admit I have picked a tiny bit, not as much as last wk, and it should all b covered by my ap!

2.30hr cleaning
20 min walk, that's all my dog is allowed till her x-ray! Went to speak to vet told her how she has been since coming off tablets and she said she would rather get her x-rayed now rather than wait to see if she limps bad again, so she's booked in for Tuesday!

Beck! I have made ur soup tonight, ready for the wk end as I have drinks tomorrow, BBQ on sat, fathers day on sun so I think plenty of 0pp soup will b needed! Does anyone no the pp in a 125ml glass of wine? Pls let me know the types ie Chardonnay for the pp?! Does it matter what brand it is? I don't hardly ever drink as when I had ibs it made me feel really sick when I had alcohol, now I'm just used to not having anything! I don't really miss it, but if I feel like having a glass I'd like to know what the pp are?!

A small glass of wine (125ml) is 3pp on average but there is ww wine available that I thinks lower pp, I don't drink wine though as it hurts my head!
Hope you like the soup, I finished mine off today. I shall deffo make it again.
Good luck for WI! X
