How was your birthday? Hope you enjoyed the Indian you had planned, know you were looking forward to that.

Had a nice birthday! Indian not as nice as I remember! Basically stuffed my face for the last 3 days and I'm ready to get back on it tomorrow! Sf of course! Just gotta get past this plateau that I've seemed to hit!
 
So to get over this plateau I've decided I'm gonna:
-drink 3ltrs of water a day
-try and cut out carbs
-try and cut out bad snacks
-use weeklies only when I need to and not just use 49 cause I can
-cut down portions
-exercise again!

I eat an awful lot of carbs so if anyone has any ideas of meals I can have that don't contain many carbs I'd appreciate it!

Hope this works for you,it's hard when reach a plateau.
 
I only have bread the first few days after wi so I have 5 days bread free. I still have potatoes and pasta though. I eat an awful lot of salad too. Good luck with your week xx
 
Just brought 6 wk six pack from jillian! Got 3 days left for shred so this should b here in time to start after! I really need to focus on baggy baby belly so I hope this works!
 
Glad you had a good birthday but a shame the Indian didn't live up to expectations.
Hope you're efforts to boost weight loss work, but don't make yourself miserable in the process. Slowly and happily is better than quickly and miserably but a weeks trial should be ok!

Yes Thankyou! Back on track today!

So far had
-OSS
-1x banana
-Ham omelette made with 2x small slices of prepacked ham and 3 eggs! And 1/2 tin of beans
-2ltrs of water

And done
-40 mins walk (dog)
-30 day shred
-60 mins cross trainer

Does everyone think that is ok food/portion wise so far?
 
Well done on getting back on track,how did the omelette making go? The food looks good,so long as you aren't hungry after all that exercise!

Omelette was easy, I brought a small omelette pan in tesco and it didn't stick at all! I'm satisfied I'd say!

I might have to invest in a pan! Nice to have something different to eat,are you still staying off the carbs?
 
Yeah I'm gonna try! Isn't OSS carbs?! I got pork and mash 4 tea so I'm just gonna have a little mash and lots of veg! I think I'm eating too many carbs lately and just need to cut right down as I still have 40lb to loose and dont wanna b where I am now for another 2 months!
 
And my pan was only £4! Tesco non stick one said omelette pan but don't no if it matters
