OMG! 6 wk 6 pack is hard!! Such a good workout, I just finished it and my stomach muscles r already aching!! Buns and thighs after tea! And my kettlercise DVD should b here mon!!
 
Sorry to hear about the gain but as others have said I am sure you will get that off in no time. You did well to get back on track after your days off and a few wobbles last week so make sure you give yourself credit for that!

This 6 week 6 pack sounds pretty brutal! Ha! Quite intrigued by it after you and Laura mentioned how much it killed but don't tend to follow exercise dvds now I have my gym membership so think I will have to resist joining in on this one.

Humph! My kettlebell DVD set won't b here till tues! I purchased at 3.05 and the deadline was 3.00! Seriously it's 5 mins!!

I have some kettlebell thing on my computer somewhere possibly kettle worx but not sure I was looking into getting a kettlebell and trying it then broke my ankle lol!! X

How long do I need to leave b4 tea and starting my buns and thighs DVD?

I generally wait about an hour after a meal if it's something substantial before I exercise but not sure what they recommend that's just me! X
 
Well I thought it was half an hour so I will wait an hour! I think it was 6.30 I had tea!?
 
It was 6 so I will do my DVD after 7.30, prob took 30mins to eat!
 
I think an hour is a good plan too. To be honest with me I need to wait longer than that, and usually like to make sure I do it before I eat, or else I feel kind of uncomfortable and "squishy" if that makes any sense...
 
OMG I also recommend buns and thighs! My legs were burning! I can hardly walk now! The buns and thighs and 6 wk 6 pack are not as boring as the shred DVD! I feel like I'm gonna die!
 
6 wk 6pack is good! I do it from time to time!
I have her fat banishing faster metabolism on my iPad! That's way more cardio!
I really wanna do a kick boxing DVD or class!

Very happy with today! I didn't really need the strawberries, cherries and yoghurt but I did feel that I hadn't eaten enough for the exercise I'd done today!
