I'm doing good so far, I hope I can keep it up, I'm trying my best for a loss this wk!

See I didn't like the quorn burgers, I have sausages in the freezer to try but they aren't free r they!
 
Looks like an excellent day. I can never manage to get the bacon medallions to stay round the chicken to "wrap" it so I have taken to just cooking it first and chopping it up with my spring onions and mixing into the philadelphia before stuffing. How do you get yours to stay round the chicken?

And Purpled - if you are making the strawberry ice cream I recommend some grated lemon zest and a small dribble of juice as it really lifts the strawberry flavour. I also made a lemon and blackcurrant ripple one with 0% fat greek yogurt which was really really nice.

I just wrapped mine and they stayed, but ur idea sounds really good too, I might try that tomorrow! But I may make ur bacon, Philly and spring onion mixture cook the chicken and just have the Philly as a side?! Do u think that would b nice?
 
Might well do, never tried it that way though. I guess it saves the it all falling out anywhere.

Wow plenty of exercise! Well done :0) I haven't had a macs for ages,was it nice? I find sometimes I go off of things if i haven't had them for a while.

That's all I measured, took all my measurements the other day tho!
 
So I'm gonna Wi on fri to see if I got my gain from last wk off, then I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in waiting a month till Wi again? I figured a whole month 100% with exercise and take measurements at the beginning if the month too, this should take the pressure off a bit and will see a much better loss at the end of a month, so if anyone wants to join me? We Wi this wk then start from there?!

I'm not brave enough to leave it a month to be honest with you,ignorance isn't always bliss lol.I like the idea of the measurements and 100% exercise,be good to see how you get on.Best not to feel pressure so I understand why you are doing it.
 
I hope it works for you Sarah but I just wouldn't be able to do that, I need the wi each week to keep me motivated. I'd be afraid I'd be more inclined to have a few days off if I didn't have the wi to keep me in track. I would be up for trying it later on when I'm closer to goal.

how was your weekend?! i cant do monthly WI, i tried this and i just gave up because there was no pressure as such and in my mind i was like i'll have a day off today....i've got 25 days to be good etc etc my will power isnt good enough!
