Sooooo achy today!

Been thinking about trying green days - does anyone do these? Think with the extra HEX it might be easier for me at lunch times.

Just doing low cal again this weekend. Dave says he has bought some rissotto and mushrooms and bacon to cook for me tonight - bless him, he's so sweet at making the effort to do SW friendly food!

Then tomorrow I'm home and mum is buying some syn free sausages from the butchers at home - wish they did them here!!

Then Sunday will be a long walk hopefully, but also lots of food at my mums!

Should be ok for Monday wi hopefully. Weighed yesterday morning and I finally got to see 14 on my scales! 14.13, so I'm hoping for about a 2lb loss this week!

Thank you, really pleased! Yep she is still doing ww - she actually weighs more now than she did when she started! She is constantly picking at me at the moment. She has always been the sort of person who loves an argument and is very difficult to live with. However, I've noticed since is started losing weight she has gotten worse - wonder if its because I'm doing well and she seems to be goin backwards?! Can't wait to leave this house and ever see her again! Sounds extreme but she makes my life hell sometimes! I have a yucky cold at the moment and managed to crick my neck too. Really want to go to Zumba tho so have chilled this afternoon so I am do Zumba later. Food today: B: banana, apple and Alpen light (1/2 hex b) L: egg fried rice, satay sauce (0.5 syns), Alpen light (1/2 hex b), banana S: ham, cheese (HExA), mug shot, creme egg
 
Really silly going to Zumba last night! I felt so ill the whole way through - thought I was going to pass out.

Had some beans and chicken when I got in as couldn't be bothered to cook. Went to bed early hoping to have a good sleep but woke up so many times.

I have today off work so will be doing coursework I think.

B: beans, sausages (2 syns), mushrooms, eggs
L: chicken, cheese (HExA), yoghurt, banana
S: 2 x Alpen light (HExB)
D: egg fried rice (0.5 syns)

Creme egg at some point too! Do syns will be 11.5 together.
 
Ate an Easter egg! Idiot! A whole egg and a creme egg. Just cos it was in my room. My landlord gave it to me at the weekend. I know my trouble areas and one is having bad food in the house - I can avoid it if I haven't got it, but if its there ill eat it all. Dammit!

Hopefully my Zumba sessions will counteract it and ill still have a good loss. Luckily it's near the beginning of my week.

Have managed to get about 450 words written today which I think is quite good for a poorly person! Other than the egg, good has been sensible.

Popped to the shop and almost bought a six pack of wagon wheels at the till - just cos I thought I had already ruined the day, may as well have them! But stopped myself and put them back - at least I'm slowly learning!
 
Sorry your 'friend' is being such a cow!! But from what you've said I'm glad she's putting on weight will your loosing! Lol. How's your cw coming Hun. Dw about feeling too guilty, yes you probably shouldn't have eaten it all in one go, but you have made sooo much progress! You don't buy crap anymore so no temptation at home and you didn't just give up, you talked yourself out of getting the wagon wheels! You did good! Hope you enjoyed it :) xx
 
Hi!

Sorry, not fallen off completely but slightly. Had a really busy weekend which is why I've not been on here.

Was silly with food on Friday and Sunday - I went out on Saturday night and drank a lot - first time I've drank what I want since new year - being a student I think that's good!

So yesterday I had lots of hangover food!

Back on it today and absolutely fine! Phew. Though I didn't go to SW tonight for WI. I fell over on Saturday night - the toilet floor had a puddle and I slipped - rather than being drink related! I've hurt my foot and walkin back from uni hur enough and I didn't want to walk the extra 50 mins to and from weigh in - especially when I know it won't be good!
 
Been good today!

B: toast (HExB), spread (2 syns), banana, peanut butter powder (0.5 syns), yoghurt and raspberries
L: jacket potato, tuna mayo (2 syns), spread (2 syns), cheese (HExA)
S: apple
D: egg fried rice with quorn pieces, peanut butter powder (0.5 syns)

E: Zumba

So 7 syns and I feel I need chocolate. Need to pop to shop so may get a treat.
 
I did a quick shop after Zumba and bought a multipack of mini fake magnums. They are 115 cals each so 6 syns. Thought it would be a nice pudding treat sometimes. They are tiny though!

Zumba was good - worked hard. Can't go this Thursday as I have an award night to go to. Bit gutted about that. Have the day off for work tomorrow so might do something at home then.

Had the day off today and pretty pleased with myself! Usually in and out of lectures and work so fairly easy to stay on track. Was worried that being home all day would be bad but I've been good.

Got up and did 30 mins of Zumba. I definitely like going to the class - easier place to do it than my small lounge, but also I feel more pushed.

Since then been non sop with washing, uni work and cleaning the oven. Spent an hour on the oven which I'm sure was body magic!

Food has been...

B: 3 x sausages (3 syns), beans, eggs, mushrooms, butter (2 syns)
L: sandwich (HExB), with ham and cheese (HExA), bit of mayo. Mayo was 1/4 a syn so tempted to not even count! Pack of wotsits. 5 syns)
D: leftover (can't wait to see the back of it!!) egg fried rice, with chicken.

Syns are 10 and I think ill want an ice cream which is 6. Think I will let myself as I did the Zumba. I know slimming world doesn't give extra food for exercise, but I think on days I exercise I'm not hugely fussed in going over syns by 1!
